Love the kit however there is no manual to help beginners set up the kit nor can I find anything online

J’ai commandé 3 tatouage le 30 juin 2023, sur mon compte ça indique que “la commande est en cours” j’ai envoyé 3 messages au service client pour savoir pourquoi je n’ai toujours rien reçu, mais personne ne répond! Je suis déçu car il mon prélevé direct sur mon compte mais pas de tatouage dans ma boîte aux lettres!

À FUIR J’ai passer commande depuis le 18 juin jusqu’à maintenant j’ai pas reçu mes tatouages et en plus ils m’ont bien débités de l’argent ! Personne ne réponds à mes mails ? Sur le site ils disent commande en cours de traitement depuis presque un mois sérieux !? Je veux être rembourser de mes 11€
