I ordered on 13.5.2023 order No#7545.
I ordered the Star Stick with extra cleaning pads and Cleaning Kit. I only received the Star Stick n pads. I have emailed you 2x and have received no reply. Either reply or reimburse me or I will post on your Facebook page my complaint.I ordered because you had good reviews and made in Australia. Very bad customer service!

Love the convenience and style
Love the convenience and the fact it is a clean toilet brush every time. Loved throwing out the brushes in my toilets! Now the kids have zero excuse to clean the toilet!

Love it
I think this product is great for when you want to do a quick freshen up only negative I'd have to say is that I'd love the pad itself to have abit of texture/roughness to it for those hard to get bits...but all in all LOVE IT.
