The Star Stick Arvostelua 

It took over 2 months to receive my order this time. I needed refills for my star stick and it took a very long time. When I tried to contact you about it and asking if you had received my order and why it was taking so long I did not receive a reply. So although I really like the star stick for cleaning the toilet, it took way too long to get to me and couldn’t get in touch with you.

I made a bulk order from Star Stick and on its second use, the star stick broke. After emailing the owner (who committed to sending a replacement), I’ve waited 6 months. Follow up emails have been ignored and I’m now stuck with a huge amount of discs which are useless. Both spray bottles leak continuously (even in the off position) and the window cleaner leaves smears across mirrors and glass. If I could give Star Stick no stars, I would.

Scam company...delivered once...then they ghost you

Would give no stars if possible. Customer service is abysmal.
No reply to emails, no answering of calls, after weeks of no contact, tried endlessly to contact company. After research, appeared many others were in the same boat. When I eventually raised a dispute through afterpay, suddenly, product was available and shipped, despite many requests to cancel the order. Would never recommend and will tell others not to use this company. Such a shame as I may have been a loyal, returning customer. Do better.

Great idea and concept but not very economically for someone like me who clean toilets frequently.

This company has not fulfilled my order in full and has not respond to my emails or my Facebook messages. Service doesn’t seem to exist with star stick. They have only given me 3 quarters of my order. Although the products I did receive are good and I would of ordered again but considering I’ve already been ripped off once I don’t won’t to risk a second time!

I placed my most recent order 9 April- over a month later still nothing. I know that 2 weeks after placing my order their website said "we are experiencing 1-2 week delays in shipping of orders " as it still does today.
As a repeat customer- never had this issue before.
I have tried contacting through the 'contact us' on their website and today by phone which rang but not even an automated answering service just nothing before it hung up.
Some form of communication from them or my order would be nice....

I purchased an order from starstick on the 10th of April 2023.I have still have the confirmation receipt but nothing has been dispatched since.I have also tried calling no response and countless emails.I received one email back from Kelly Stean in customer support saying they were sorry for delay and we’re having IT issues.she then said they would be sending the order next week that was 27th of April!.Since then I haven’t heard anything I have put in a dispute through afterpay on the 16th of may.Starstick used to be really good I even got family members orders from them and they loved them too.Since this has happened unless they give me a refund etc I will not be using them again.

Disgraceful customer service! I am still awaiting an order from 17/4 that I didn’t receive. Thinking they were just running a little behind and order would arrive, I also placed another order on the 10/5, and received it today 17/5 so obviously still in business!
I have called contact number, rings then disconnects. Numerous emails, no reply. Messaged via Facebook, no reply! Next stop will be the ACCC.
Appalling customer service or should I say expect zero customer service!

For anyone asking this company started off great would have continued to order. Never received my last order from 6/4/23 company only replied once promising to send but they never did. Got a full refund from Afterpay after lodging a dispute

The company and product were great for a while, but they seem to have completely disappeared with a lot of people's money. Orders that were placed have now not been shipped, and the company doesn't respond to emails, website messages, facebook messages, instagram messages, or phone calls. Does anyone know if there is an way of getting a refund now if they have disappeared with customer's money?

I placed an order 3.5 weeks ago. I have not received. I wrote 2 emails, no reply. I have called the contact number, just rings out. I have left messages on F.B. no reply. Is this company still running?
Have paid for this product, so angry, no customer service, not even sure if this company has gone bust.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I emailed multiple times to find out where my order is and got no response. Finally it was shipped after a month of waiting. And I didn’t receive the extra cleaning pads I paid for.

This review is for customer service which is very poor ! I have a star stick which I received within a week of ordering ….love it.
So I put in a second order . It has been over a week and has not yet been posted. I have sent two emails , one message on messenger and tried calling their contact number twice “ the number is switched off “.
Is this company still in business?

It's been more than 15 days since I ordered. It hasn't been shipped yet. Not is there any communication to my inquiry on their website, Facebook page or even Instagram. I'm wondering if this company is legitimate.

I was so excited to try this product! But it took 3 weeks to arrive, and when it did arrive some of my order was missing. I have emailed the customer service team 3 times and have had zero replies. I have also sent messages via Facebook Messenger 3 times, my messages have been received and read, but still no reply. Unfortunately, I’m quite disappointed. I wish I wasn’t. But if I’m honest, I doubt I’ll be ordering again.

They gave a free stick since the old scourers were small - shows they take care of customers . Great customer service
