Appointment with hygienist today ,she is always cheerful and happy to discuss things with you

AVOID !!! This does not work, they don’t respond to emails. Terrible company, been trying to get a refund now for months. Shocking !!!

I had an appointment today with Dr. F. Chariwala at The Smile Clinic on 10/09/2025 and was treated very unprofessionally. Although the clinic had previously removed me from the system in error, they later reinstated me and apologized by email. During the appointment, Dr. Chariwala repeatedly brought up a missed appointment that I had informed the clinic about two days in advance, dismissed my concerns about my dentures, and suggested I contact management or go to a private clinic. Her behavior was disrespectful and caused me significant anxiety. I do not feel comfortable continuing treatment with this dentist

Have recommended to my friends and family who are nervous as the staff were lovely and comforting. I went for a check up due to a sensitive tooth and they recommended other methods rather than being treated to save me money and pain which I thought was very nice of them! Will continue to use :)

The Glasgow clinic advertises prices on Facebook, but when you get in touch they don’t honour the offers, and inflate the costs. They are disingenuous and unprofessional - it seems they just want to rip people off - absolutely appalling!

Very very expensive and they are setup to milk you from the moment you step through the door.
They pretend to take NHS patients but when you call the NHS number they say we are not taking patients ATM, but if you call the other number they say welcome where's your cash.

Awful team and very unprofessional. Exchanged 10 emails with them about sandblasting 'only' and they don't bother!!
