Excellent customer service. They go out of their way to help. We had some codes which volunteers had not accessed and were due to run out. With support these have been extended which is supportive of our volunteers. We have phoned on other occasions and the service has been fabulous which is why we always use this company. Thank you.

As an individual, this is user friendly for myself being dylexsic. I have using this company since 2016 and the refresher is simple.
As an organisation, it offers an easy to monitor dashboard and extension for those who struggles to study.
One key thing, there 's actually a human on the phone and not AI.

I had a little trouble navigating the website (totally my lack of understanding nothing to do with the actual site!) I called, and Katy was super helpful; she talked me through my issue with ease.
