I like the great information/content shared. However, I found the training difficult to follow as there wasn't many interacting moment, and there was a lot of content reviewed.

It was a great opportunity to learn experiences from people who have careers in GxPs and to know what other companies do in order to ensure the quality of the clinical trials. Through the remote audit course, I learned different approaches to remote and on-site audits. This will help me well-prepared for the audit.

Very Knowledgeable tutors, very good workshops in different formats! A great e-learning experience

I really enjoyed the presentations but the most helpful part was the exercises. You are provided real world examples to apply the knowledge and it really helps to make things stick in your mind. It was worth staying up all night to join from California!

The Implementing GCLP run by RQA was a very insightful course with lots of useful and helpful advice on GCP and GCLP.

The course was hugely informative. The course leaders were very knowledgeable and able to deliver all principles with real world examples and perspectives. I will be recommending the course to my colleagues and peers.

A really good course with a wealth of experience from the tutors. I think this is the only course on the market around specifically setting up Audit programmes - suitable not just for the GxP industry but those in ISO standards or any Quality management arena. Good opportunities for networking and general discussion amongst attendees also.

The course was well organized, and spread over 3 days with much needed breaks. It was really good to do this course face to face where I met other professionals from the industry and shared our experiences with one another.

Contents were so good as well as both trainers. The venue was nice but their internet connection sucks, you got no signal in the rooms.

A clear, well thought through course providing lots of information from 2 experienced trainers. Great that the exercises are completed in teams to get interaction and sharing of experiences between attendees.

Good course with many materials.
Presentations were ok, but especially the workshops were valuable. Also nice to learn from one another.

Facilities were ok, but not super. Rooms a bit dirty, mice in hallways, food ok, sound in classroom not so good. sometimes difficult to hear.

Great course and eLearning offers with very good material, easy and transparent booking. I can recommend!

Always helpful training content, lots of efforts to make the up-to-date material widely available at reasonable price. Also new initiative 'RQA member community hub' very nice and useful.

The course was well delivered, despite being a bit intense for those English is not their first language. It has met my expectations and I would recommend it to everyone who wants to learn and conduct Risk based auditing.

The course was conducted in a very much professional way in terms of sharing the material and relevant information well in advance, punctuality, well managed sessions and the contents. The trainers' experience was visible and the participants also had some very relevant queries and thoughts. The workshops conducted in groups in a remote workshop is something commendable - the switching over to separate meeting rooms was seamless and quick. While I understand the limitation of the time available, if some live examples can be discussed during the training, that would really help. Although I don't have a real experience in the clinical trail conduct, I could very well relate the explanations to my area of work. Thank you!!
