Wheel set
Recently sold a wheel set and the process went very well. Received a fair price for my wheels and Pro’s Closet took care of return shipping via local FedEx.
Whole process took about a week and money was transferred into my PayPal account. Very simple process overall.

First TPC bike - easy and painless!
This was my first bike purchase from TPC. The whole process was easy and painless. My bike shipped in two days and the pack job in the box was stellar. It also came with a torkey (nice touch)! Got a great new ride at a surprisingly good price.

What an incredible team!
What an incredible team!
I had problems with my DuraAce front brake. Clint, the service manager had me come back right away. As soon as I arrived one of the mechanics looked at the brake made a few adjustments and it worked perfectly. About 8 hours later the brake was spongy and it would not activate the caliper. I brought the bike back and another mechanic determined that the bled screw was damaged (it’s nice to know I wasn’t crazy) they replaced the entire brake/shift lever immediately on the spot. The bike now works absolutely like a brand new bike. Fantastic costumer service. From now on every bike I ever buy will be from The Pro’s Closet.

The wheelset
The wheelset I received was not tubeless ready. Secondly freehub and body not shimano compatible. It is SRAM compatible only. So additional expenses incurred did not warrrant price for this wheelset. I will be more careful ordering from pro’s closet. Staff could have been more attentive and help w a solution. Learned my lesson when shopping next time

Completely Honest and Forthcoming
The Pro's Closet is completely honest and forthcoming in their description of the condition of the bicycles listed on their website. They provide multiple high-resolution photos of each bicycle, including any nicks and scratches, so that prospective buyers know exactly what they're getting. They thoroughly inspect all pre-owned bicycles for deficiencies, all of which are then taken care of by their team of mechanics. The Pro's Closet has its own YouTube channel where you can see just how professional their operation is. The only way I would ever purchase a pre-owned bicycle via the internet is through The Pro's Closet.
