It’s not often I get the opportunity to give a 10/10, but here goes. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from The Plumber. The quality of the workmanship and price I paid for work done on a bathroom, en-suite and a downstairs toilet was exceptional.
I can honestly say if you have any domestic plumbing issues give Tom (The Plumber) a call. You will not regret it.

Very reliable. Honest about the work that needs to be carried out. Professional in his approach to all tasks. Offers options for the hardware required. Transparency of the charges to be applied before he starts work.

Super quick response from Tom. He had to deal with my 86 year old mother who has dementia whilst I was giving instructions from 300 miles away. He fixed the problem and gave me some advice on another issue. Would definitely recommend him

Filling bath from hot water tank became suddenly very slow. Tom recommended a shower pump which he fitted swiftly. This unfortunately did not show much improvement. He then fitted a new bath tap which solved the issue. Efficient and friendly worker but £810 paid for parts and labour when really just needed a new bath tap.

Tom arrived at his declared time,listened sympathetically , told me what he would and set to work. It took some time, but he was determined to solve my drain problem and he did - to my great relief. He charged less than I expected.

Excellent service

Excellent service by Tom "THE PLUMBER". His diagnostic skills were second to non, he went above and beyond to sort out the troubles with non functional SP. shower pump. His plumbing skills and work ethics are fantastic.
I will have no problems in recommending to anyone that requires a skilful, friendly and dedicated plumber.

Arrived timely and did everything required.

Tom did a few jobs for us this week. Got rid of some lead pipes in one of the bedrooms and put the new ones under the floor, removed a downstairs toilet, removed a Belfast sink, plumbed in a washing machine and fit new valves to the bedroom radiators. Did it all in one day and did a great job. I will definitely use Tom again, nice guy.

I had a small leak on my hand basin. I contacted Tom who said he couldn’t come immediately but would come out the next day, Saturday morning, and that he would contact me to let me know when he would be there. True to his word he rang, he came and fixed the problem. He was friendly and extremely helpful explained what he needed to do and why
