I won this "Pimp my PC" Competition in January 2020. I sent out my family computer to them to have it "pimped out" but they stole the computer and stopped replying to me in October of 2020.

Now there's no way I can get my computer back. I've contacted the other person who won the competition and they've told me the same thing. I've been robbed of my PC thinking I could trust these guys. Absolutely disgusted. DO NOT order from these Scam artist!!

Need better communication after waiting a week for my pc no update so I had to email them to find out some parts was out of stock which they could of easily let me know there would he a delay. then almost 2 weeks later I finally get my pc but not as described on the website as I ordered it with slower memory and only a 500gb hard instead of the advertised 1TB. There also seems to be something wrong with there windows 10 activation key as theres a few things missing from windows I.E the windows store and theres some updates disabled in windows.

Only ordered a reconditioned GPU, works great, got a free upgrade and when I had questions, was quick to respond and help.

The computer is brill

But the thing that put it down was the delivery it took over 3 week for them to get it out when I was told it would take 5-7 days and 2 days delivery (that I paid for)

Brilliant company, helped me out through the whole process and can even do you a non finance payment plan. Pc arrived on the day specified, delivered by George himself. Pc is a really nice build at a good price even came with a large mousemat for free. Honestly if your in the market to buy a pc give this company a go, I wouldn't listen to any of the doubters or negative reviews nothing has been amiss. Very very happy

Spoke to George via Facebook and then via email, couldn’t of made it easier to sort me an affordable pc out. Arranged delivery and then personally delivered it to myself. Pc runs flawlessly, would highly recommend Phoenix Tech!

Long story short
Ordered a keyboard in december, waited for 2 months still no delivery, tried to contact on email and facebook, no reply. Posted on trustpilot, and George replied immediately saying the item is out of stock and will send as soon as it is available. Received the wrong item after 3 weeks. Complained and promised a full refund + a mouse mat of choice. Asked for my paypal. He tried to refund me 3 times, failed. Obviously, done on purpose.
I sent my bank details as requested by him and he wouldn't reply.
Now, still waiting for a refund + my mouse mat

Ordered 2 gaming pc's in november, arrived in 4 deliveries, after emails for bits missing, main pc's arrived Thursday before Christmas, mousemats arrived after Christmas, hdd on 1 pc not formatted, took a few emails to sort. Promised steam vouchers to compensate, numerous emails later, still no vouchers, now George and Dan no longer answering emails......2 months later still not sorted...pretty shabby by anyone's standards....

George helped sort me out with a customer gaming PC. He helped highlight a couple of compatible parts to match my chosen colour scheme and theme and did a great job in putting in together in a short time scale.

Great service and great support with any questions I've had since.

The computer came in the time stated and in good condition. Any question I had at the time were answered quickly and nicely (they never seemed annoyed by my constant questions). The mouse mat didnt turn up with the PC i ordered but Phoenix Tech sent it through in close order.
