I’m currently halfway through the nutrition course with The Nutrition Institute, and I’ve really been enjoying my learning journey so far. The modules are engaging, comprehensive, and presented in a way that makes me so excited to keep learning and apply what I learn to everyday life.

I also really appreciate the support and encouragement of my mentor, Aliz Toth, who has been wonderful throughout the course. As someone working toward becoming a health and nutrition coach, I feel that I’m building a strong foundation of knowledge that I can eventually use to help others make healthier choices. I’m thrilled to continue with the rest of the course and see where this journey takes me!

Great course work, easy to follow and immediately able to apply to your own life for better health

I have really enjoyed the course. The online modules are comprehensive and offer a holistic approach to nutrition and wellbeing.

Easy to follow learning materials. Fun cooking experiences. Great constructive feedback from tutors.

I am enjoying the course and learning a lot. I have found some of the earlier modules heavy going and a bit confusing in the way they are written requiring me to do a fair amount of external reading. I think the course could be improved with some video content, it feels very much like reading a text book. I have enjoyed the more practical assignments like developing a recipe and making it.

The course is very time manageable and extremely informative. Whether one intends to become a nutritionist or simply wants to learn how to manage one’s own health it is a win. I have loved every minute of the 10 modules that I have now completed. I am starting to read module 11 as I am writing this. I would certainly recommend this course to anyone interested in being correctly informed about health and nutrition.

This course is so interesting and highly informative . Beautifully illustrated the course is divided up into 12 modules that you can only access after completing the previous one . The assignments cleverly cover each module requiring you to think and apply your knowledge to practical situations including written reports and actually preparing and cooking nutritious dishes. This course is ideal for anyone that wants to extend their knowledge of nutrition whether or not they wish to start their own nutrition/ dietician business. The knowledge I have learnt just for myself and family alone has made the course more than worthwhile

It's so inspiring and really takes into account the holistic nature of eating and food and so many of the complex questions around food and nutrition in today's culture.

Extremely interesting and enjoyable. Self paced. My husband died mid way through and they have been very generous in allowing me a break and extension. Quick responses to questions. Friendly and helpful. Really enjoying the learning and tasks. Highly recommend.
