The Natural Skincare Company Arvostelua 

Bought this cream for a painful knee joint based upon dramatic headline in the press.
Tried it now for over a week and with the tube half empty I am very disappointed at the lack of any improvement.
I shall not be re-ordering.

I was taken in by the hype surrounding this product and ended up purchasing 2 large tubes of active care cream. Used for 2 full weeks without any reduction of pain. I then sent an email to this company on 11-11-2022 explaining that the product didn’t provide any relief for me whatsoever. I’ve yet to get an answer. They make fantastic claims regarding the effectiveness of their products, yet can’t be bothered to reply regarding their products non effective relief. Very poor product, sold by a very poor company. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE HYPE.

I am happy with the customer service. I appreciate their values and really wanted to like the products. I bought a Golden Rosewood Solid Hand Cream bar. Although the scent is lovely, the cream bar is incredibly greasy and does not seem to be absorbed into the skin. I have just tried it again and after an hour, my hands are still very greasy and have left greasy fingerprints on the tin and now on my computer mouse and keys. I also have the Luxury No 1 perfume oil and the solid perfume. Again, the scent is lovely but after applying, it is does not last very long. All rather disappointing.

Such a lovely company with absolutely beautiful products. Excellent customer service i cannot recommend this lovely company enough. Thank you for everything you are doing.

I would give zero stars if I could. Awful products and when you ask for a refund, you are told they won't give one because you've opened the products already! Absolutely ridiculous.

I've never heard of a company not standing by their products with a refund if a customer is unhappy. All three are bad quality products.

The cream bar is a sticky hard waxy mess, the coconut balm is unpleasant tasting and not hydrating, and I tried to use the shampoo bar this morning and had to use one of my normal shampoo bars straight after it, as theirs left it a dry, tangled mess.

I never complain about products at all, and am very easy going. But I am very unhappy to have paid this much money for products I literally cannot use due to their very substandard quality, and the company are refusing to refund money back.

What an absolute waste of £20 quid.

I’m so disappointed, I bought this as a gift, but the packaging is so awful I couldn’t give this to someone as a gift, the priced paid should not arrive looking like this it looks like something I’ve grabbed from the back of my drawer. Really not happy. It’s that bad I’m returning for a refund.

I've bought from The Natural Skincare Company many times over the past 3 years. The service is always excellent. I've also phoned them for help a couple of times, and Amanda took great care to answer my questions and resolve any issues with the products. I am always confident in buying from them, because I know that they only sell high-quality natural products and will give great customer care if I should need it.

I ordered sun protection and it arrived well packed and in the time stated. The cap was faulty but an email to the company quickly told me what to do and a replacement was sent immediately.

Haven't used the product as yet so can't comment but if as good as sevice I will be very pleased.

I will write a further review in a couple of weeks.

I saw an advertisement for the Natural Skincare Company's products years ago and tore it out of the magazine. Despite two down-sizing house moves and grand clear-outs since then I kept that advert for some reason. Last year I decided to try out one or two of the products. First I called for advice before ordering; this was given to a truly amazing degree. To cut a long story short I have loved every product I have tried since then and appreciated the unstinting excellent service given. I only wish I had followed up all those years ago! However, better late than never.

Back again this year for Caribbean Blue sun care products. Great protection and skin care.
Surprised to receive a call to advise one item was out of stock. This was a follow up to an email notification which I'd yet to pick up. Offered an alternative product or a refund. I chose the refund option which was processed immediately.
If only other companies' customer service was this good. Many thanks. I'll be returning soon.

The shampoo is very mild and suitable for every day use. It doesn't contain harmful substances. Hair look wonderful: shiny, clean and soft.

I received a lovely email back from Amanda the day after posting on her site with some good, honest advice. I followed it and have now found a skincare system which has done my skin the world of good! I loved particularly that you could buy samples to try for a few days to check the effectiveness of the products. Mine have lasted me a week which shows how economical they are! As in my one-liner, the delivery was quick, packaging streamlined and of course ethically sound and super healthy. Also very happy with the prices considering the ingredients used. I was previously a Dermalogica user who are more and more expensive each month it seems and their products did not help my skin half as well!
Am thrilled to bits!
