I like it, but it makes my iPad very slippery so I bought a case that I kind of leave on.half way, except when I wanna type.

I never saw the product, iPad Keyboard and Case; I never heard of the company, Mave; and no one recommended it, or them. I took a chance buying it online, no less, because the look of it and its description were so captivating. It arrived about ten days later. I felt as if I hit the Jackpot. The feel and functionality of the product is praiseworthy. So is their Customer Service and the whole Team that stands solidly behind it all.
It's got the heft of a Mack Truck, style like a Maserati and it's handy as a Swiss Army Knife. And, fairly priced.
This was truly a hand clapping experience for me. Five Plus Stars for Product and Company.

It's been a month since I ordered an item from them and as far as I can tell, it still hasn't shipped.

First and most important, it's a great iPad Keyboard Case. The keys have a good feel with perfect pushback. I love the additional shortcut keys on the top of the keyboard. I can control my playbacks, the sound, the brightness of the screen and other things. The case has a substantial feel and the rotating screen is perfect. And finally, the wait was a bit longer than I hoped but shorter than they expected and the customer service is excellent.

Order at your own risk of getting ripped off. Ordered and charged June 16, today is July 19. Despite requesting a refund “Ella” in customer service only emails begging me to be patient telling me shipping will be updated. Last shipping update remains June 24. Nothing after that. My last email I demanded a refund. No response.

Terrible experience. Terrible product. Would NOT recommend. Be prepared to like what you order, or you’re basically stuck with it! Customer service is a joke, offering for me to keep what I didn’t like and they would send me a replacement for FREE…. I would ONLY HAVE TO PAY $37.00 to have it shipped!!!! Scam artists . Be weary! Lesson learned!

Item did not fit per size standard given during order. Item received did not match visual of item ! Complained and was told I would have a $49 restocking fee. Absolutely do not buy this piece of junk wasn’t even the item I ordered.

Unfortunately, my experience with MaveMall has been extremely disappointing.

I purchased an iPad keyboard in July 2025. When it developed a fault in January 2026, I contacted customer service to arrange a replacement under warranty.

For several weeks, I was asked to provide photos, carry out troubleshooting steps and perform various tests, all of which I did promptly. Eventually, MaveMall agreed that the item should be collected for replacement.

However, that's where the process completely broke down.

The collection was repeatedly delayed, and after months of back and forth, the last communication I received was in March 2026. Since then, I have sent several follow-up emails requesting an update, but every single one has been ignored.

At the time of writing, I've been trying to resolve this issue for almost a year since purchase and around six months since first reporting the fault, with no replacement, no collection and no response from customer service.

I understand that faults can happen with any product. What matters is how a company deals with them. Sadly, in my experience, once the warranty claim reached the collection stage, communication simply stopped.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend MaveMall.

Terrible, expensive and poorly designed Ipad case for my Ipad Pro 11 M4. The leather cover hangs almost a half inch beyond the cradle holding the ipad. Grooves to stand ipad up on desk or lap are too shallow and don’t actually hold up the ipad. Delivery took longer than expected and their customer service is terrible as well. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!

I cannot say enough praises for Ella, MaveMall Customer Representative. She went out of her way to guide and direct this old senior citizen, with very few computer skills, to a successful installation of a new keyboard and Swift Pencil for my iPadPro 13. But my story does not end here, I had to go into the hospital for a few days and my big bad husband was playing on my iPadPro 13 and accidentally deleted everything Ella had assisted me with. I panicked because I also lost all the emails Ella had sent to me with the installation steps attached. I went begging for Ella to help me and prayed she had saved our email conversations. She did….and immediately sent me a copy of which I printed several copies and saved them everywhere in case my old husband started playing on my iPadPro again!! Thank you Mave for providing customers with kind, patient, and knowledgeable customer reps like Ella. Give her a big raise!!!

The devise is much too heavy.

Bought an iPad case, it took weeks to arrive then did not fit the iPad. I double-checked the specs, and it should have fit based upon the make/model of the iPad. Do not buy from here.

Wasn't sure how I was going to like this but it's great! I love that you can turn the top part of the case for a stand.

Color was no where near what is advertised. Quality is def not worth $250 as well. Do not recommend at all

It’s super iPad cover. Swivel screen keeps it stable and convenient no matter where I am. The keyboard lets me type comfortably with no sore wrists. I quite like it.

I received my Swift 360 keyboard yesterday and naturally, tested the heck out of it right away. Bottom line, I really like it. It's very well engineered and the keys are good size, with just the right amount of pressure when typing. I had a few questions before purchasing, and their customer service was fast and efficient. Their rep, Ella, has a nice sense of humor.

My wife is going to buy one for her ipad too.
