We needed specific logo'd items and Chris was great at walking me through the process and was genuinely concerned about meeting our needs. His attention and personal customer service put me at ease. I had ordered leather weekender duffle bags for the groomsmen and was happy with the gifts, but decided (at the last minute) to add the dopp (toiletry) bags. However, the best thing was the customer support after a minor malfunction with one of the zippers on the bag. After providing The Man Registry with images of what happened, they shipped out a completely new bag at no cost with the same custom initials.

The Man Registry was the absolute best. As in typical guy fashion I was running behind and needed a few items on very short notice, 5 days to be exact. I messaged The Man Registry and told them of my situation and pretty much said I'd be willing to pay anything to get them as quick as possible. Chris messaged me back immediately and gave me a quote to rush the items. It was a very small fee, I don't think it even covered the expedited shipping. Being a notoriously bad gift giver, finding something for my groomsman was extremely stressful. Because of this, I procrastinated until the last possible moment.
