I had a shipment delay, but Loaded Tea came through. They re-sent my order and I received that and the one that was delayed. The customer service is above and beyond excellent. These teas are amazing. I am a very happy customer 😊

Today was the first day I have tried them so far the mermaid is delicious can't wait to try other flavors I got! I will definitely continue ordering from the loaded tea shop! A great way to stay hydrated without the carbs and calories!!

I love loaded tea, before I found loaded tea I was only able to drink a few things, being allergic to red dye 40 is one of the worst things ever it's in everything and with loaded tea I'm now able to drink all sorts of different flavors I'm like a kid in a candy store right now, thank you loaded tea I was getting kind of sick of playing ice tea, water and coffee..

Absolutely yummy, I used a full packet which was a little to sweet but I was able to add water through out the day. It lasted me all day and was so good fully hydrated

The loaded teas are amazing and the customer service is even better! I have experience customer service from so many companies in my life time (over 50). Never have I experience great customer service like I have with Loaded Tea before. When I place my order it gets delivered prompt and my order is always correct. What you see advertised about their product is 100% true. I am usually not a fan of flavored waters but the loaded tea is a game changer. It is just exact amount of flavor so it’s not over powering . The no sugar is also a great plus. Customer service is on top of everything I have asked . You definitely won’t be disappointed with their product or attention given to their customers ❤️❤️

First, let me say I LOVE LOVE LOVE the teas! Second, the customer service is top notch. I had a delivery issue (at no fault of TLTS). I sent an email and received an immediate response. Not an automated response. They immediately sent out a new order. Such a great company!
