I personally have always been impressed with the coins I have bought and I think the price I pay for them is fair. Of course I would like to get them for less but I don't think I will, and I do look around....

The coins are excellents
The coins are excellents. But the wrapping in how it arrives to me is not adequate. Great coin bad package. Once the coin arrived with the page age retaped and coin broken. WAs replaced by the Koin club quickly one I torn off the card while trying to open the package, hope to have a new card to replace this one. The envelopes shop be in a larger size and better protection inside. This being said the loins are so nice this will not stop me from buying them

christian,
We are happy to hear that you find the coins to be excellent and that you intend to continue purchasing them. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We appreciate you bringing the issue regarding the outer materials to our attention. Delivering items safely is important to us, and we recognize that difficult-to-open or undersized mailers can lead to accidental damage to the items inside, including the presentation cards. We are actively reviewing our standard dispatch materials and padding to ensure that future shipments provide much better protection for every item.
Regarding the damaged display card you mentioned, our team is always ready to assist with replacing components that have been damaged during transit or opening. We are glad our previous resolution was swift, and we remain dedicated to ensuring your collection stays in pristine condition. Your suggestions for larger envelopes and stronger internal protection have been passed directly to our packaging department for immediate review. We look forward to providing you with a much improved delivery experience on your next order.
If there’s anything more we can do to support you, our team is available via live chat, email, or Messenger.
