Is a good gift card to use and for a present to someone

The prepaid Mastercard offered by Their Perfect Gift is a great product, and I've always had great customer service from the team there too. Would highly recommend if you're looking to gift a prepaid card, whether for personal or business use.

We were given a gift card as a gift and could not activate it. Instead of sorting it out, it got left.... for a very long time.
I contacted the customer service team who took so much time to find all the details and even though it had massively expired, they still honoured the original amount. Tom, you were amazing, we felt like valued customers. Thank you

AVOID - the worst gifting system I have ever come across. Totally unusable, cards expire within weeks of arrival and extremely poor communication. Worthy of 0 stars. This is not a gifting system, simply a company that takes your money.

I am another customer who has been unable to use this card since June. It came as part of a vehicle purchase and can only be spent on fuel. The first thing I knew about the migration was when I tried to pay for petrol and it was declined. So having filled my tank, I had to use my own funds to pay for it. This company have point blank refused to refund any money and I'm reluctant to use it again, as I don't have any confidence it will work now. I had an email to say the card is working again, followed a day or two later by one saying I'm one of the unlucky ones that wasn't re-activated. It also expires in November having not been able to use it for four months! I have looked at their website and it looks like I will have to pay £5 for a replacement card!! They are slow to respond and I feel I'm going round in circles. Don't touch this company with a barge pole. They would have had minus stars if I could.

We have been delighted to receive these gift cards as Christmas gifts in both 2021 and 2022. It is easy to track balances and most online retailers accept these cards.
The Customer Service team is outstanding and replied to an issue I had quickly and clearly.

It has taken me some time to purchase the giftcards I needed due to the migration but was kept up to date about this process and know it took longer than was hoped. Once the system was back up and running again I was able to speak to a very nice guy today, after various emails to the helpdesk, and he helped me order the cards. I understand there has been a lot of problems in the background which has not been the fault of TPG. Anyway - I'm now a happy customer and hopefully everything else will get ironed out and things will improve further going forward.

This has to be the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. Every single interaction is fraught with some kind of technical issue. This is a shoddy gift idea, that is very poorly executed and clearly should still be in testing rather than rolled out and taking peoples money for a service they simply can’t provide yet. I’ve been trying to cash in and use my card since MAY! It’s just broken link after broken link and excuse after excuse as to why it won’t work. How this company and the people behind it ever got investment I will never know - assuming nepotism with zero IQ or talent are to blame. Can’t wait to be rid of these con artists! It’s SO difficult to use that I can only assume they are making it convolute on purpose to keep peoples money! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

After not being able to use my cards for numerous months i have received an email to say the migration is complete, however they still do not work. nobody to speak to on the phone, and emails do not get answered in a very timely manor.

This company have had my Gift money since December 2022 yet when I attempted to use the Gift Card to pay for a Restaurant meal in October 2023 it was point blank declined as this company are in the process of switching credit card providers, Absolute Joke, I will be making a formal complaint, regarding the embarrassment and inconvenience I was subjected to.
Avoid at all costs, Just give an Amazon gift card.

We used this company for employee rewards cards, these ceased working in July and have been unavailable ever since. The company are refusing to refund these so we now have employees highly dissatisfied as they cannot claim the rewards that were given to them by the company. Perfect Gift are refusing to issue any refunds so we will be passing this over to our solicitors to progress. Avoid!

I would leave 0 stars if I could, do not use this company. Birthday gift card in June still unable to use, no one gets back to messages. Terrible customer service and company.

Terrible service. Bought 3 x £1000 cards for employees bonus. The Sent 20 x £150 instead. Took about a month to get them to refund and even then kept £300 fees after saying all £3000 would be refunded.

Do not answer emails and phoneline is as well as not existing, nobody answers

I've had some trouble using my card because of backend problems at their mastercard issuer. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use the card for more than a month. They respond very quick (1 business day) on my emails and explained me everything. Now I'm able to use the card again.

The product itself is good, and the customer service is also knowledgeable and friendly. This is the reason for me to give them five stars, and to stay on as a customer.

They sell crap gift cards that aren't accepted anywhere and expire, then their service messes up and you can't use it at all. So my money is held hostage as it slowly but surely expires... fantastic!

Do not use this company, with service this bad they are doomed and will go down along with your money.

Still Zero rating. Two months in and can’t use the cards due to migration. Out of six cards only one has bee partially used and they claim they can’t refund due to the fact that Mastercard holds the money. If that’s the case why don’t the cards work? Shoddy company shoddy excuse.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have a few hundred pounds worth of these vouchers and was planning to use them for the holiday we have coming up next week. The migration has left us unable to use them for weeks and there's no communication what so ever other than the message on the app. It's absolutely ridiculous that we are all sitting out of pocket and unable to use our own money. How long is this serious going to take?

Purchased a MasterCard gift card as a gift for my nephew. The card was sent out and arrived without having been activated. After a few emails this was sorted. Then a few months later my nephew tried to use the card and it would not work. Followed up and the card issuer was doing a migration and the card would not be usable for a few weeks. Very disappointment nephew who missed out on the Amazon sale. Requested a refund since the card still isn’t working and the company replied “we are unable to accept refund requests solely based on the migration excuse”.
Your the one making excuses for poor product and service.

Please be patient whilst their recent communication, was lapse they were quick to respond in detail to my enquiry on moving card providers

I work in customer support so I am aware of the importance of regular updates even if bad news

That said their response to my communication was as I stated very quick and detailed, on what was happening and what they would do next so all in all a good experience
