My experience was good. The only thing I wasn't happy about is that the parcel was left on the ground, near the dustbin. It was delivered Sunday morning 8am. Did you try call the recipient?

Would use this company again
The Hamper arrived promptly and was delivered in a protective exterior box. Unfortunately, the hamper box inside was a little damaged even though the exterior box was completely intact. Apart from that, the hamper was lovely and my work colleague loved it.
