The Gym Group - Fareham Locks Heath Arvostelua 10

I have question about places for parking for blue badge holders. Why people without blue badge park their cars there?? It's gym group at Lock Heath, Fareham.

Helpful friendly staff. Equipment in good condition.
Background "music" not too loud. One chage I would like to see is a cleaning station with paper towels and spray bottles.

I really like this gym and love the staff who work there. I do have some issues with it though. I feel the locker situation has got really bad and just been left that way, most locks are busted so it becomes a nightmare trying to find one that my padlock will fit in to. I also feel really strongly about the equipment that they have there. I feel that there is so much dead space where some extra equipment could be placed. They are absolutely crying out for another smith machine at the very least.

Good gym, but need info on equipment to get full benefits. Also a certain % of members are lacking with gym etiquette towels and bags rules.

Excellent facilities, friendly and supportive staff, I enjoy all my workouts and it has improved my health and fitness, would highly recommend it to anyone, regardless of age or ability

Disgusting customer service. I have a disability so cannot access through the 'pods' but everytime I try & speak with someone, they pass the buck & tell me there's nothing they can do, even though there's a big white door to the right of these 'pods', which they refuse to open. All this after I already paid my joining fee etc.
Try calling & it's only for billing so they won't help, I requested a call back to discuss but got palmed off.
Of all the gyms I've been to in my life, I've never come across a worse firm. Awful customer service so will be cancelling & going elsewhere.

Until recently, the Yanga hydration water option and other add-ons were available on Student Membership. They have now been removed without any warning or notice. Customer service is no help, but just shrugging their shoulders on this. Come on Gym Group, you're losing custom and revenue on this during the membership period and detracting from the experience.

As ever, an excellent class! A great mix of careful advice and supervision, positivity and encouragement!

I've never been an enthusiastic exerciser but these classes keep me coming, they are great for motivation and they get me working far harder and achieving so much more than just using the gym on my own. I actually enjoy it! I've always felt going to the gym a chore, these classes make all the difference for me.

The staff at Fareham/Locksheath are really helpful and very good fun, especially Harry, Darcy & Alan, a very clean Gym which is mainly down to Annabel who works very hard to keep the gym clean. The classes are great and hard work, all round a great experience. I have never visited a gym before this one. Worth the money.
