Very smelly, no air-conditioning at all, no windows to open. Felt very bad after trying session

I am new to the gym and my experience was not good, I came with friends who are experienced to help guide me but the workers kept bothering me, especially the one with red hair and has tattoos she dint have good customer service and was very rude towards me specifically and kept targeting me while addressing the matter to my friend she was staring directly at me which felt assaulting

Gym equipment was mediocre, they would up the membership but their would be no change in the quality of the equipment. Staff were fine, however a staff member called Maria, was rude and unapproachable - unless you were a male or part of her PT group. The air conditioner would often leak onto my while using equipment. This was over my 2 years of using this gym.

I have been going to this gym for 5to6 years never had any issues two weeks ago I left weights on the machine for the first time ever , staff where on site and could have asked me to put them back . 2 hours after I got home I get a message saying my member ship is cancelled not the best for rewarding LOYALTY

Very good gym, the equipment is very helpful, quiet , safe changing room requiring code to enter. helpful staff members

The gym has started to do induction training sessions for 30 min (abit like a free PT session) and i would really like to thank Kamil.
I have been going to his classes for a while now & he’s got to learn my strengths and weaknesses.
Using that, he tailored the induction to my personal needs to improve and push me further in my training.
He explained the techniques very well on all the machines we used & I strongly recommend these induction sessions- especially if you want to take your fitness to another level.

Need to improve the service.not enough hygiene,floor is always sticky on the changing room,WiFi is completely bulshit I cannot hear only one song stop maybe thousands times,tissue or wipes are not any more so if people using then I need to use too but need to clean.so how can we clean the bench or equipment???

Staff are a friendly bunch and can be helpful if stuck. Never have any issues. Big spacious gym has all the equipment you need. Gets busy after 5 and with alot of teenagers but overall good gym

Attended val’s kettlebell class this morning for the first time. The exercises were varied and explained very well. Val made sure we all had adequate kettlebells for our ability and it was loads of fun. Val is very attentive and knowledgeable

Great gym, great facilities but the hygiene has fallen. No sprays available like there used to be which means equipment and stations are sweaty!

only cold water!!! no chance to make a shower after....

Half of changing room lockers are not functional.
Sanitation is questionable - hand wash not restocked in the toilets on a number of ocassions which raises the question of pissy/shi**y equipment and cross contamination.
Faulty equipment or not installed properly.
Placement of equipment doesn't make workouts efficient.

Very good and hard work

The gym has a good crowd with a friendly atmosphere and the facilities are good.

Great fit pump class. Amy has lots of energy and motivates everyone. It is intense, tough and very enjoyable. Well done Amy

Good equipment, friendly place

This is a amazing gym, I’ve been a member here from day one, the staff are amazing,very hard working and very knowledgeable, service with a smile always, the gym is well looked after compared to others I’ve been to, the equipment is proper. Cheap membership with everything under one roof. Well done to the members of staff.
