Came across this little gem of a Facebook page what now feels like yonks ago, since then I’ve purchased numerous (and I mean numerous 😂) items from lovely Hailey. What a fabulous page and group to be part of, I feel like Haileys become a friend, confidant and counsellor over the last few years, I love all my purchases, I’m always coming up with ideas and Hailey brings them to life with her magic Gonk wand! Just a word of warning one Gonk is just never enough 😂😂😂 xxxx

I have used this company many times and rest assured you will receive nothing but quality. So many different designs and products to choose from. If you can't find what you're looking then just ask, Hailey is amazing and very helpful . Super quick delivery too. You will not be disappointed!

I've purchased several items including personalised mugs, blankets, place mats and coasters, very easy to use the website or send a personal message via Facebook, messages are answered quickly and efficiently items arrived quickly and very well packaged in fact I've just placed another order this week and I imagine I'll be placing more very soon.

Always ordering from the gonk factory, amazing quality and fantastic items. She really goes above and beyond and such a lovely lady and really does make any requests I’ve had possible. I’ve ordered blankets, jumpers, cups, pjs, hot water bottles and many more things, and everything is always brilliant quality.

WOW what to say, everything is great quality and I’ve had hoodies, mugs, bucket hats, small over shoulder bags, purse, lanyards and money box, sure I’ve missed something. Fantastic customer service always willing to help. If you haven’t seen already go to her shop page definitely worth a look

I have ordered from the Gonk Factory a lot! The lady that runs it is so patient & helpful, her customer service skills are 10/10. Her products are top quality, I have ordered almost everything she sells and it's all perfect. The clothing I have bought has been washed over & over again & still as good as the day I bought it. I can't recommend The Gonk Factory enough.
