I wanted a gluten-free cake for my son's birthday. Having initially made the mistake of ordering an non-gluten-free cake I rang the company up directly and they very kindly changed the order for me. The cake arrived on time and was absolutely delicious. It all disappeared in one sitting. We will be ordering again, but directly from The Gift of Cake.

Terrible … I ordered a cake for birthday celebration for my girlfriend, she was travelling up from 4 hrs away …. Knowing she would be at home before me to receive it! It never arrived and when we left 2 days later it still wasn’t there! No cake on her special day!! Just not reliable and the kind of customer service you’d expect! Disappointing

Red velvet cakes are fluffy and sweet but this was the opposite.

Ordering was very easy and price was reasonable. The gift arrived on time as promised. The cake looked and tasted delicious.

The Triple Chocolate Paradise Cake is just amazing. Rich dark chocolate, but so light. Not sickly. Thoroughly enjoyed by everyone who was lucky enough to have a piece, including the birthday boy, and those chosen few that got a second piece. Delivered on time, and in lovely packaging, including the white gift tin I’d ordered. Looked great. Very impressed and will definitely order again when the opportunity arises. A littoral slice of heaven.

I had an issue over the cake order delivery date. I remember putting the right date it's not something you get wrong . However it came up as a different one and I did not pick up on this until it was pointed out by the supplier ; when I contacted them about non delivery . As it was a day before the surprise I cancelled the order and I was advised the money would be refunded. Luckily I was able to get another cake .
I was later contacted advising the cake was on its way and I had not been refunded. I contacted again by email and had a prompt reply with apologies. They refunded the money and sent the cake which my son said was delicious. I don't want to be too negative as we should support small businesses especially providing vegan luxuries such as the lovely cake supplied ! I would give them a second order but this time pay attention to detail.

The cake arrived when it was due, and everyone who tasted it said it was fabulous! I am very I impressed by the consistency of high quality provided by this company. It wasn’t the first time I have used The Gift of Cale, and i look forward to the next time.
