Everything that needed to be done was done without the need for me to ask. I was kept informed at every point of the process with very polite and friendly emails. The delivery happened exactly when and how I was told it would. Excellent company.

My Treviso nest of tables arrived with no problems and are exactly what I wanted.

The delivery team were courteous and the curtesy call to see if everything arrived safely was welcome customer service.

TFS56057-Ordered a bed nearly two months ago and paid, still waiting for it. Told it was stuck on a container in the conflict and would be in the warehouse on the 17th May, still no response from my emails to find out what is happening with it.Customer service person was rude when I called as though I was an inconvenience for enquirying when I might expect my item.
Now doubting this item will ever arrive, have asked for a refund in two weeks if not received.
Why sell items you cannot provide

Recently bought some furniture through this company and while assembling it, unfortunately had a broken part. The communication and help was excellent. New part now received and chest of drawers completed. Thank you.

My wardrobe arrived when they said it would the delivery driver checked that the mirror wasn’t broken before leaving so all in all a good product at a good price.

The Furn shop had good product availability and a good price. The order was processed promptly and delivery was in line with expectations. A little more info near the delivery time would have been helpful but otherwise all good 😊
