Amazingggggg!!! The best experience this year for me! The staff are so nice and friendly , I really loved the cup of tea afterwards and relaxation room too :) I actually enjoyed floating so much I have signed up as a member. It’s very hard to put it into words what floating feels like so you just have to try for yourself :) one thing I will say - one of a kind experience for sure and if you worry about being claustrophobic then don’t because the pod is huge ! Like the size of a small car :) and the lights are inside and you can keep the lid open or half open or closed whatever you like xxx

My 3rd float and my best so far, arrived with lots on my mind and left feeling as relaxed as I can remember. The experience is consistent, spotlessly clean and professional. The first 5 minutes are always similar lots of things running through my mind, until you relax into it, then just a lovely sense of calm and serenity. The hour flies by with no real sense of time passing.

This was my first float and it was recommended to me by a friend who's been several times. She was convinced it would help my longstanding hip problem and my recent knee injury.
And oh my word, did it!! It was spectacular!

At first, I struggled keeping my eyes closed and the lights off as it made me feel a bit car sick, even though I wasn't moving, but my mind seemed to think I was.
I then turned the lights back on and opted for the changing colours and it was pure bliss. I thought I had kept my eyes open throughout the experience but clearly I must have nodded off as I was fast asleep when the music came back on.

The whole time you're in the tank, your body feels absolutely weightless and you can position your arms anywhere you like (beside you, above your head, underneath your back, or any combination really) and you just continue to float.

What I noticed most however was once I was out (and had a shower, as well as a lovely cup of herbal tea) my hip and knee felt amazing!
At first, I though it was just a temporary thing, a bit like in the morning when you get out of bed and think everything is better than the day before, until you've walked around for 15 minutes and the pain comes back.
But now, several days after the experience, my hip and knee are still feeling so much better than before the float. I just can't quite believe it!

So I can't recommend this highly enough and of course I'm going back!

I was a little apprehensive regarding the float experience on arriving met Jo who was so welcoming explained every detail and answered my questions. The float was amazing and the hour felt like I had been in the tank for 10 mins. Changing area was spotless and the herbal tea and glass of cold water was just what was needed, I can’t wait to book again

I couldn't have enjoyed my first float more. The setting is great, the staff are friendly and welcoming (Thanks, Jo), and the environment as a whole is very positive. I'd enquired about booking again before leaving and can't wait to go back.

This was my 3rd float and my body knew to relax so much quicker and so the benefits were greater. It’s such a lovely experience from the moment you step in the room; peaceful, quiet and relaxing.
I will be making this a regular activity as it helps my mind so much as well as my arthritic knee and various other sport/horse/age related aches and pains!

I was a bit apprehensive before going in. But on entering, immediately felt at ease, so much thought has gone into creating a relaxing environment. Everything was immaculate and everything explained really well. I wasn’t able to turn the light out, but the light is very subtle and I still floated off. Would recommend it as a great way to relax and recharge. Great job Emma, Dan and team.

First time I’ve been, after getting out it felt like I’d been on holiday for 2 weeks.
Felt so much more relaxed and a less cluttered mind . The facility itself is spotless and very well run indeed.

This was my first experience of floating. I already knew the owners from their fitness business and knew that they put 100% into what they do so I was very excited to try it. Once I turned up everything was explained in great detail about the benefits of floating to the process of showering, getting in the tank etc. The floating area is very relaxing and there is a separate room to finish off getting ready which is super chilled (Dan even came in with a lovely herbal tea). My floating experience exceeded expectations. I got in and took Dans advice of shutting the ‘lid’ and turning the light off. I put my head back and immediately floated. Soon after getting in I felt totally weightless and then started dozing as all thoughts left my mind. With only the sound of my heartbeat to be heard it was easy to forget about the usual life stresses.

And given the circumstances I think it’s worth mentioning that everything was super clean and covid secure.

I most certainly will be back and I have been telling anyone who would listen about my new hobby!

This was my first ever float and I was unsure if I would be able to fully relax as I have a very active mind. It did take me a little while, but once I did unwind I found myself very relaxed, enjoying the amazing feeling of floating and before I knew it my time was up! The owners Emma and Dan have set up the float room and the post float relax room to extremely high standards and as this was my first float Dan explained how everything worked and how to get the most from my float. I really enjoyed the experience and I'm looking forward to visiting again. I also had an amazing nights sleep afterwards.

Great for helping soothe all those aches & pains, already looking forward to the next 'Float'.
1st class facilities, spotlessly clean & 100% COVID compliant

I've been struggling with some minor backpain and I'm constantly unable to relax or switch off. I've always wanted to try an isolation tank so thought I'd give it a go. I'm glad I did. The facilities are all brand new and top notch, it looks like a lot of time and effort have gone into making the place inviting. The tank itself is the size of a small car in a self contained lockable wetroom complete with shower. I was initially apprehensive about being "trapped" however the lid can be opened with your fingers and there is a light and panic alarm built into the tank. The float itself was surreal, you can pick a background noise to ease yourself in for the first 10 minutes so I chose waves, and after a couple of minutes in pitch darkness I swear I was floating in an ocean. The hour flew by, and afterwards my back pain had eased considerably and I was super chilled by the end. Definitely returning.

I had no idea what to expect and was a little nervous. I was welcomed by the owners Dan and Emma. I was shown into the relaxation room and Dan provided me with a pre float instruction book. I was then shown the float and he explained everything to me.

When I initially went into the tank I did feel quite nervous but to get the full benefit I closed the lid. I didnt at all feel claustrophobic. I remembered Dan saying it was important to put my head right back and relax. For the first 15 mins I felt a strong aching in my shoulders and neck, which is an ailment I suffer with, but seemed worse. However, i persevered and all pain went. I was completely relaxed and drifted into what I can only describe as twighlight sleep. Before I knew it the hour float ended.

Overall I was truly amazed, it was weird but wonderful and will definitely be a regular.

The facilities are first class and in beautiful surroundings. A beautiful, relaxing experience.

Fantastic experience. Being the sort of person who spends the first 5 days of a 7 day holiday unable to relax, I thought I might not really benefit from this. I was wrong ! Within 10 minutes I was totally relaxed and loved this. Will be visiting again, many thanks.
