Good prices, great customer service and very happy with the scooter supplied. Only falling shy of 5* because website says next day delivery, obviously longer if ordered on a friday. Mine then arrived on the Wednesday. Same result if i had ordered on the thursday night which then means a 6 day wait which is far from next day delivery!

Order never arrived. No attempt at delivery from royal mail. No card left, been in all weekend and no one has tried to deliver. Scooter co being very slow to try sort out, avoid possible scam!

Had a delivery problem but it was not thescooterco fault more so the couriers.

Fantastic help from customer service, start to finish kept me up to date with everything!

Friendly staff, (shout out to Brett) helpful, and communication is 3A! 2nd the scooter I bought is really nice quality and the shipping is really fast! Definitely gonna buy again in this store for my second scooter when scooter law change here in the UK.

First of all the scooter I wanted they said they had in stock then they never so I had to get a different one , then Iv had it over the past 3 weeks or so and the front end has started to play up the company are expecting me to send the scooter back at my cost I’m unable to afford that they aren’t very much help I don’t recommend this company I had a problem with my old kuggo e scooter the shipped it back right away at there cost very disappointed also I waste of £2900 on a scooter that breaks . I’d like if the customer service is a bit bettter and more helpful

Ordered a Currus Panther as its at an amazing price for what you get. First scooter turned up with some damage to the rear left of the deck. After a few emails and evidence of the damage and proof of delivery mileage was provided to them. They arranged collection for a replacement. There was trouble with the first arranged day (i think the bank holiday didn’t help), but was collected a day later and the replacement received the day after that, all in perfect condition, they even threw in a set of tires for the inconvenience which was really nice of them. Overall great first experience abd i will be back when i want to purchase another!

I first came across this company last year. I was impressed by its user friendly website and the content. I knew that I would be purchasing from this company in the future.

Being severely ill and a regular hospital in-patient means that I have to be careful when buying something like an Electric Scooter. A weight of 45kg, with problems with everything from organs, to muscles, bones and CNS means that I would need something small and light.

After selling my Dualtron, I was pondering on which Escooter to buy next. It would have to be small and light, so I stumbled upon the E-twow Booster V. I knew about this scooter 2 years ago, as I was considering buying it from China, which was cheaper than the company who was selling it in London in my home town at the time.

I decided to check out 'The E-Scooter Co' again, to see what they had to offer. I noticed that this model, was being sold the cheapest with them, with a discount code. I checked the product details and bought the item and it arrived the next day delivery. The item that arrived was the updated 2020 version.

I had a good email exchange with Customer Services with some queries post-purchase. I myself actually work in Public Services for a big organisation. I am somebody who is extremely polite, courteous and respectful. I bought this scooter from them because I felt that confident that I had a trust in this business and I wanted them to succeed. I had read their website information the previous year and It was something that I wanted to support.

There are two other E-Skate companies/people who are well known who were rude/condescending towards me, when I had issues with items I had bought from them. Their responses to negatives from customers were not only so defensive, they actually promoted their company and ignored the complaints of the person, and at times, insulted/threatened the person. There is much more to it, however, when you pay for something, you are entering into a legally binding contract. You need to feel comfortable purchasing an item from a company, and if you are concerned about anything, that you also have to have faith in its customer service.

I think if you want to look at an example on how to be treated with dignity and respect, then this is a place that you should purchase from. I will be buying from this company again in the future. I feel very happy for my purchase and I would advise potential customers to trust in them.

To note, that when you buy an Electric scooter, make sure you buy it for what you are using it for. The usage, speed and mileage. Also, not to forget the weight of it, and the weight limit. Having owned 8 Electric Skateboards, Scooter sand Bicycles in the past 3 years, I have finally learnt this. Stay safe and buy protective equipment also.

I am writing this review at 1am on a Monday morning. Why?, because I have that much respect for this company.

Thank you Olivia & Brett for contacting me and resolving my issue. I have received the charger yesterday via Royal Mail. I managed to go on a long scooter ride on full charge and WOW, amazing! Worth every penny.

Definitely recommend the Kaabo Mantis Lite Plus from e scooter co. Well built scooter with amazing LED lights and the speed is perfect for me. The grip pad and the folding mechanism (clamp bit) could do with improving for future references but other than that I have no regrets! The pros out weigh the cons by miles.

Firstly, ignore the crappy reviews. This company is one of a kind! I have always felt like they've gone above & beyond with any requests I have enquired about. If you are not happy with something they are very keen to help you solve the problem. I even had phonecalls with Olivia and she put my mind to rest knowing I was going to be spending a lot of money on a scooter. Jason is a top bloke who even delivered my scooter to me personally to my home address after me being so impatient and not wanting to wait lol! From now on these are the people I want to give my money to, I wouldn't go to another company. I have bought X3 scooters off of them now & I know they've got my back. They make me feel better about spending 3k on a scooter as I know if I had any issues with it, I'd be confident that it'd be sorted out. Fantastic customer service, I'd give more than 5* if I could!
