So I placed a new order using MY OWN bank card this time to see if maybe they can change my mind (they do have a great overall rating after all). Shipping and billing addresses match, my card details show my name, etc., but they still rejected my order as a fraudulent one.

I placed an order using my co-worker's card, because I couldn't order a card in my name yet since I just relocated to another country and was waiting for the immigration services to issue a document in my name that I could use to verify my address in the country I'm in. The order was cancelled by the fraud team right before I've sent an explanation of why I used a third-party card after receiving a note from the support team regarding my order being marked as fraudulent.
I don't blame the company for marking my order as fraudulent - that's perfectly understandable, since I used third-party payment details. But the inability to even consider that I might have a valid reason to do so or that I can ask my co-worker to provide any requested confirmation of the payment being performed completely voluntary is another thing entirely.
Ultimately, I received no scooter, no customer service, and lost 10 EUR in commissions, when performing a payment. Again, I realize it's my fault for using a third-party card, but seeing how I could've easily proven that it's not a stolen card or anything like that, I doubt I'll ever consider ordering anything from a company that places so little value on customer service.
1/5 stars for a quick refund.

Excellent service - great at answering initial questions I had and I REALLY appreciated the follow-up call after my order - they wanted to check everything was ok and I had accidentally ordered too many of 1 item (so I was very pleased they had checked first!).

Fantastic service, amazing postage. Ordered Tuesday received scooter the next day. Well packaged not a mark on it. Demo model so was well surprised.. thankyou !!! Will definitely use The Escooter again.

Ordered calipers. They came with pre made brake lines. Who makes pre made brake lines that aren't flared already with hardware on the line? Very disappointed by this. The website does not state you'll have to flare them. Won't use these guys again

so i bought a Dusltron mini and it arrived 2 days later, this shop is LEGIT, i WILL be buying my next scooter from here in the future, quick response from the staff and theyre respectful, no screwing about, theyre on it,theyre standup guys for sure, i recommend this shop to everyone

Top service from these guys, arrived very fast and well packed.
I thought I had an issue when trying it out and Brett contacted me straight away only to find out I had been silly and just needed to change 1 setting.
Overall, excellent service and would definitely recommend this company.

Ordered Bravo scooter only lasted 5 miles before battery died asked to return and was told I could not get full refund they recommend selling this privately as you'd likely get more money out that returning it us 🤦‍♂️ what bonkers !!!
