They are absolutely worst experience that I had buying online.
Just absurd.
I bought a dress for my birthday, in November.
The dress arrived late, 11 November.
I asked for infos to send the dress back, unfortunately I had bronchitis and really can’t move. I sent back the dress on December 2. The dress was too big for me, was an xs. So the smallest one. First they proposed a change, they told me choose another dress. When I imposed myself that I want my money back, they told me no sorry, was too late, we are not accepting it. Honestly, I bought from everywhere, and this kind of attitude is terrible.
No empathy. What should I do ? Now they are sending back the dress. I payed the duties taxes, I payed other money to send the dress, and now they are sending it back. 336 euro the dress + duties + shipping back.

Don’t buy trust me.

Save your money for better dresses and better service. Sad that I’m reading just now that I was not the only one :(

Awful! Still waiting for £1000+ refund hand haven’t received

Contacted this company before making an order to confirm it would be made and delivered by a date which was over 2 weeks away, which they responded to saying yes & it would be marked urgent. Throughout the 2 weeks I had no update on item being made or a delivery update so messaged them just for the updates of my order which was for outfit if £400. Their time frame states 1-10 days for complete of order which this period had passed and still no update or response from my messages even though the first initial message of making sure my order would be on time, the responded to within the hour.

My outfit still didn’t arrive by the date I stated I needed it for which then I messaged 2 days later asking for them to cancel the order and to refund my money. They responded to this and ignored any other messages regarding if my outfit had been made, stating they would refund me and it would be 2 weeks for money to be returned.

It’s now been 2 weeks since cancelling and I still have not received my refund.

I don’t believe my outfit was ever being made & I do feel like they was happy to take my money knowing the wouldn’t meet my needs.

I have since messaged for more updates, now on my refund & again I’m being ignored.

I would not buy of this site again or recommend them to anyone based on their customer service & leaving customers in the dark with no explanations.

Im not someone to make negative reviews normally but this is an absolute joke at this point & feel I’ve been completely robbed of my money. The refund is still on going & I will be reporting them, contacting my bank and trading standards especially after reading all the other reviews on here similar to my own issues with them, as this is apparently standard to them that they rip people off.

Clothing looks like its from shein which is laughable seeing how much they charge,

Ordered the Siri dress and it was too small exchanged it for a bigger size and service and responses from the team are fantastic.
Dress is unreal and I’m in love with it

Do not trust this company!!! Check all reviews before purchasing I am one of many who has been ripped off.

I purchased a €550 item which I returned successfully. They acknowledged the return and promised a refund. This was 8 months ago! I have emailed several times over the past 8 months and each time I get the same response, ‘we apologise and we will process the refund’. But this never happens! When I did a search on them I found many, many people have this same issue.

All I can do is try and warn others so hopefully you don’t also loose your money to them.

Honestly I find companies who market themselves high end and credible on social media only to rip people off disgusting. It’s corrupt!

There is very little we can do apart from speak up amd warm others. Beware!

I would never buy from this company again, I have been waiting for a refund for a dress that wasn’t even made as they didn’t have the material, yet charged me £330. I ordered the dress beginning of September and been waiting for a refund for over one month.

Absolute fraudsters do not buy from them!! Really don’t know how you sleep at night robbing all these innocent people! Still awaiting a refund I purchased in August absolutely shocking service from start to finish! Luckily I paid with a credit card so I will get my money back but just feel sorry for all the other people that didn’t!

Returned my item 2 month months ago still haven't had a refund, keep getting emails saying they are looking in to it

I have absolutely no idea why The Dolls House only has two stars. Just recently purchased the Cici romper and I am absolutely in love with it. Not only did customer service go above and beyond answering my emails but they also made sure that my made to order purchase was delivered to me earlier than expected! I will for sure be ordering from here again!

Truly AWFUL. Do not order here. The dress is not wearable, inaccurate dress description, sneaky description of returns, bad customer service, refusing refund, won’t provide return label. Worst experience I’ve EVER had. Happy to defraud customers.

Disgusting!!! I have been ignored now for over 3 months. I ordered a dress that was never delivered to then be told I would have a Refund. Now they are blanking me, ignoring me and are refusing to give back what I am owed! The worst customer service ever and a brand who is stealing money from good customers. They need shutting down!!!

Been waiting for 3 months and still no refund. They have ensured me they will send a refund up until a few weeks ago and nothing and now they have stopped replying to my emails.

Returned a dress and still got a refund !! Numerous emails sent for over a year AVOID!!!!!!

Chasing them for a refund for over a month, they just keep promising it will be processed and do not do anything about it.

I ordered a bodysuit, received it, and returned it due to a manufacturing issue & a size issue. I've now been waiting over 2 months for a refund, despite being told they'd received the return, I'd receive a refund, & that the delay had been 'escalated' within the company. That escalation is over 4 weeks old now.

Do not order from this company ! returned an item which they confirmed they have received over a month ago and they will not refund me the money. They ignore emails calls and just keep saying they will sort it. It is ridiculous!!
