You would of got 4-5 stars but sadly DPD were supposed to deliver the day before said they were and 1 mile from me, then drove back to depot, received following day, but messed up my evening, evri and dpd suck!!!

Ordered RmX 1000 I got confirmation…
Ordered RmX 1000 I got confirmation that this had been ordered. Not in stock but will let me know when these will come in. Waited for a a week or two then called. I was then alerted that they will not be restocking this product but only RMX. Should I get a refund or top up. So I topped up the difference and promised I would get delivery in January. That didn’t happen then I was it will come end of Feb or March. So the item was delivered in Feb 15th. Which is okay but what I found in that the seals to the new product had already been broken for a new product. Very disappointed

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry you were disappointed with parts of your experience and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the timeline.
When your original RMX-1000 order was placed, the estimated arrival date provided was 18/02/2026, as the item was not in stock at the time and was subject to supplier delivery. Shortly afterwards, we were informed by the manufacturer that the RMX-1000 was being discontinued. As soon as this was confirmed, we contacted you to explain the situation and offered the choice of a refund or upgrading to the newer Ignite model. The first ever shipment of this product arrived last week and we shipped out to you on a next day delivery.
You chose to upgrade, and the replacement unit was delivered on 15th February — slightly ahead of the original ETA provided at the time of your first order.
Regarding the seal being broken, we take this seriously. In some cases, outer packaging can be opened by manufacturers or distributors for inspection or serial number logging, We have sent an email to Pioneer/Alphatheta asking this question.
However, if the unit showed any signs of prior use, that is not acceptable and we would want to investigate immediately. Please contact our support team with photos and we’ll review this as a priority.
We appreciate your patience throughout the process and would welcome the chance to resolve any remaining concerns directly.
UPDATE
We have a reply from Pioneer/Alphatheta who confirm the box is opened in there Belgium warehouse to change the power supply to a 3 pin UK instead of the European ones they come with. The rest of the packaging is untouched.

Delivery took a whole month
Delivery took a whole month. There was no indication at the time of purchase that this would be the case.
However, when I emailed to enquire about the delay, the response was prompt and gave an explaination.
All in all, I am happy with my purchase!

Poor customer service. I have orders a mixer that was in stock according to the website but I am still waiting after 3 weeks. I have had to contact the company to see what was happening.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the situation, however the website clearly advised that the FLX4 is a pre order and we are currently awaiting stock which are arriving on Tuesday.
The product page clearly advised that it was a back order and it also advised this as well in the basket at checkout.
We can only apologise about the back order product and that you feel you have had bad customer service, I can see that there has been 5 emails between yourself and sales since your order, we also sent you screen shots of your ordering showing it was a back order.
We are sorry if your not happy with the situation.
We have also upgraded your delivery service when they arrive Tuesday.
