We have used their services for 4 years…
We have used their services for 4 years and we get a faultless service. Most importantly we find our mail is delivered on time and of the highest print quality.
We mainly use mailshots to promote our boilers and they work every time.
Highly recommended by us from Midlands Boilers.

Complete failure to deliver or to answer calls.
Having used this company 12 months ago with great success, I can only assume they have been taken over by unscrupulous people.
Letters we ordered have still not arrived two weeks later. There is not reply from them. You get through to some kind of phone bank who say: 'Myles is unavailable' or 'Chloe is unavailable' and no-one rings back

We used them to send out an important piece of mail, however it did not arrive with the recipients until almost two months later. Despite numerous calls they will not respond to our compliant 'Myles' is never in apparently.

We used the company for design of an A6…
We used the company for design of an A6 advert card and postage.
We were told initially that A6 could be posted, then we had to change to A5 (at no extra cost) as the company struggled with the postage marking. None of our known contacts received the card and we believe postage had failed. Company explained that postage can't be traced, so we never found out if the advert card reached any of our prospects.

Thank you for your feedback sorry you are not happy with the service you received. We were advised your job was received and processed as expected, but unfortunately due to the nature of unsorted mail we are unable to track the postage.

Excellent service and quality
The quality of the service and the quality of the work they did for us was excellent. Communication was great and the people we dealt with very friendly. They were really good value for money and we will use them again in future when we have marketing letters to send.
