The Dental Hub Arvostelua 

Ok, so I called this morning to book a check up and hygienist, was told by a guy on the other end of the phone they could not find my details, admittedly I haven’t been here for over 12 months as not in the area and used another dentist elsewhere, I was told they could not book me in and I would have to come in and re register?? Guy on the phone had a couldn’t care less attitude!! Firstly, why could they not book me in and give me the forms to complete at my appointment?? Doesn’t make sense. Secondly, why do they delete patients records?? They must not need the business I guess!! Also I had a referral to the hospital and I know for a fact the hospital have been keeping the Hub updated because they have been sending me copies. Absolutely no point really if they delete your records!
I have booked with another dentist today, I’m sure they will appreciate the busines!!

Left dissapointed £65 for the appointment, £95 for a ct scan when dentist said he didn't think he could do the implants for me, but then still scanned me saying no the jaw bone and nerves are too close. Then prices me a cost of over £7,000 to do 2 implants even though he said they won't be strong enough etc, So left £160 down for 20 mins of his time. Difficult to find the building. Too many staff sitting around. Building obviously cost a fortune! Hence my charges. I will not be going back here ever I don't fancy a remortgage! Big mistake.

Dental care in the UK is already overpriced, but having to pay 95£ for what should have been a replacement of a dental orthodontic bracket and an elastic band, ended up just putting the whire back on the bracket without securing it properly and advise me to not chew anything hard on that side. A two minute appointmrnt that actually did not solve the problem.

Absolutely disgusting! Charged £150 for missing an appointment that had gone to my junk folder! When explained they were not interested and took the money! All confidence lost now. A genuine mistake. Any other dentist I have used, normally send a text reminder also.

Dental hub was good to do our treatment there. Doctor was so polite nd gud while handling the patients. Highly recommended

What an amazing place. Had emergency treatment after misdiagnosis by my dentist, on a Bank Holiday.
Staff and Dentist could not have done more - left there pain free for the first time in weeks. Reasonable cost too......
