At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision — instead, I felt genuinely guided toward the best solution for me.

I am in my 70s and although I am capable with computers, I am not an expert. This is where The Dept Advisor has helped so much, talking me through sending PDFs etc and staying on the line until the required information reached him.
Then, he talked me through all the nuances of the different ways my debt could be handled and made sure that I understood every step of the way.
