Staff really helpful but not at all pushy. showroom pleasant to browse, very competitive price for my sofa, communication about order and delivery was excellent and arrived sooner than i expected which was great.

Got to be honest as good as it gets this was so straight forward from the start, well happy. proper people doing a great job, and the quality is every bit as good as expected, great selection great prices, and delivered bang on time by two top fella’s . Big thanks to all🙏 ,

The best possible price for our stunning outdoor lounge set. We were kept well informed as to how long shipping and delivery would be and the very small additional fee we paid for everything unboxing and all of the packaging being taken away was a must as there were so many boxes!
We absolutely love our corner set and cannot fault the product, price or service.

Absolutely lovely staff in store.
I visited once before purchasing, and then again when i went in to buy. Great service and really friendly and accommodating.
The delivery men were also great, straight in and out no hassle.
Sofa is exactly what i needed.
Will recommend to all my friends and family.

I received my table & it is damaged, so im waiting for a replacement. I have used clearance zone in the past & had no problems.

Men quickly put chair together and showed me how to use it only quibble was they didn’t ring me when they arrived

From start to finish this was one of the best furniture shopping experiences we have ever had. Rob at the Barnsley store was very knowledgeable and helpful. The quality and price of the furniture is excellent. Good selection of suites. The delivery guys, Andy and Rich, took great care bringing our sofa and chair in , assembling it and then took the packaging away. All greatly appreciated. We are very happy with our purchase and will recommend. Thank you to everyone concerned.

Explained difference in chairs very helpful was delivered on time as explained when buying

Quick efficient service they have a great selection.
My Dad was coming home from a care home and I needed an electric recliner chair .
Lots of choice and very reasonable the delivery service was excellent they sorted this for the next day .

Friendly team, easy relaxing store. Order arrived earlier than expected, which was great. Delivery team were prompt, took care when taking furniture upstairs.

Absolutely great service from start to delivery. Staff were very friendly and couldn't help enough. We got our table and chairs delivered within a week. The delivery guys were superb. No delivery charge also. Will use again

After the purchase on line they followed up with a phonecall the next day to confirm the order. Confirmed delivery date on 2 days the following week which was followed up and confirmed with a 2 hour slot for the day of delivery. We didnt pay the charge for unpacking because it wasn't made clear that some of the boxes were to big to go through doorways or side gate. Overall we were happy with the service and the product.

Staff were fantastic, loads of different sofas to choose from, fast delivery too. Very happy 😊 delivery drivers were excellent too.
