Communication is the key aspect of the service.

Dont seem to do anything for you they say they are keep asking for same information over and over and over again having to keep sending them docs then for them to keep fobbing you off with there a delay this delay that.. this has been a few years battle with these people I believe they are scammers they aint trying to help you they helping themselves... if you see this avoid these people fight via another company this company is useless

Awful awful awful service. Absolutely dreadful. No direct communication to clarify specific matters. E mails not acknowledged or answered.

They don’t give any updates on when your claim is due back just stupid emails that say nothing about anything
