I am writing this review to warn others about the shockingly unprofessional and careless service I received from **The Castle Arms**. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of this company.

On **March 13, 2025**, I placed an order for a CZ457 firearm. Immediately after placing the order, I noticed no confirmation email or details in my account. Concerned, I reached out to their customer support, who casually replied, *“Good morning, Yogesh. I have received your order. Thank you.”* No order number was provided until I explicitly asked for it.

By **March 17**, I still had no shipping updates, so I inquired again. Their response? A dismissive, *“It looks like they cancelled the order and it has been refunded. I was not here on Friday so I am unsure why. I do apologize for the inconvenience.”* Let that sink in: **They cancelled my order without explanation, notification, or accountability**.

To add insult to injury, this firearm was meant for my daughter, who had been eagerly waiting for it. When I pleaded with them to reinstate the order—even offering to reprovide my credit card information and emphasizing, *“I don’t need money back, I need the firearm”*—they ignored my request entirely. Not a single attempt was made to resolve the issue. They just told me that I can buy it now for $150 more than what I purchased for.

**Key Issues with The Castle Arms:**
1. **Zero Transparency**: They cancelled my order without any prior notice or explanation.

2. **Abysmal Communication**: Their support team either lacks training or simply doesn’t care. Responses were vague, unhelpful, and devoid of empathy.

3. **No Accountability**: The representative admitted they “didn’t know why” the order was cancelled and made no effort to find out.

4. **Disregard for Customers**: My daughter’s excitement and my willingness to work with them meant nothing. They chose the lazy route—refunding without resolving.

**Do NOT trust this company** with your business. Their incompetence and indifference will leave you frustrated and empty-handed. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

I have not recieved my ring, we ordered and paid for it 14th January i have sent so many emails and no responce. I am gutted if i have been scammed with this.

I ordered a ring the first part of March. On March 19th, 2022 the item arrived at thier facility here in the United States. It is now 45 plus days later and the ring is still there. The site says it usually takes 17 days, it has been 45 plus. When i reach out to them they were responding back, but since April 17th, I have heard nothing. Money down the drain. Never will order from them again.

I've only visited The Castle once and it was to sell a piece of jewelry. Unfortunately I didn't know they would low ball and haggling was necessary to get a fair amount. I would advise anyone who sells or even pawns to have your items appraised first. Granted, they are in business to make money but if a customer discovers they've been 'taken' that's a customer that won't return.

I purchased a mens ring for a Christmas gift from their Beechmont Road location. I asked about resizing and was told to just bring it back for free resizing if needed. A few days later, I took the ring to have it resized. The woman at the counter replied that they don't do resizing. I asked for the salesman who told me resizing was free. The woman then said they could send it out for sizing but it would take a few weeks. I do not recommend them.

Fantastic service from really nice people, always get my watches serviced and recently just hand a fantastic engagement ring! Great work!

You can purchased jewelry at any jewelry store, however, it is the quality of the item, the friendly, knowledgeable sales staff, and the affordable pricing that will keep us coming back to the The Castle Jewelry Store as this is our favorite jewelry store!!!

This place is awesome for the jewelry lover! I have purchased several pieces of jewelry as well as other cool electronics from the Castle over the years. I always get a fabulous piece of jewelry and something extra because the prices are so great compared to the mall. I will always shop here and never pay retail again. They even have a web site to browse if you cant make it into the store. I love this place!!!!!!

I bought a 1/2 carat diamond wedding band in 14k white gold.
Brittany spent time telling me about the diamond count and helped me decide on the sizing.
I was truly impressed with her service and help. It is hard making a purchase online. I will not have doubts if I purchase from them again online! I trust them and they are now my jewelers.
I live in FL and come to KY 2 times a year. Every time we come, I go check out the deals! You can not beat their prices or the quality!
