Schwacher Kundenservice bei Reklamationen
Ich habe einige Schutzhüllen bestellt, wobei eine der bestellten Hüllen nicht enthalten war. Ich habe den Shop darauf aufmerksam gemacht und eine Nachlieferung angefragt. Natürlich hat der Shop dies abgelehnt und eine Erstattung angeboten, weil man ja sonst erneut Versandkosten bezahlen müsste. Für mich eigentlich ein klarer Fall, da muss man als seriöser Händler einfach in der sauren Apfel beißen. Ich bin dem Shop dann doch entgegengekommen und war mit einer Erstattung für die fehlende Position einverstanden. Die Erstattung habe ich nach über einer Woche Wartezeit noch immer nicht erhalten und auch keinerlei weitere Infos erhalten. Einfach nur ein unterirdischer Kundenservice.

With orders containing a larger number of individual low-value items, an occasional packing error can unfortunately happen. Of course, when this happens, we always offer a solution. In this case, the missing item could have been refunded, added free of charge to a future order, or sent separately. A separate shipment was not requested, and you agreed to a refund for the missing item, about 80% of our customers are returning, so we prefer to add it in a future order to avoid the high ship fee for a 1 euro object.
We understand that you would have preferred to receive the refund sooner. However, the refund is still being processed within the applicable 14-day legal timeframe, so it is not overdue.
During busy periods, it can sometimes take us a little longer to process emails and administrative requests. If something is still outstanding, customers are also always welcome to send us a quick reminder and we will gladly check the status.
We therefore feel that describing our customer service as “terrible” and awarding 1 star is rather unfortunate, particularly as we have offered reasonable solutions and the agreed refund is still within the applicable timeframe.
Nevertheless, we appreciate the feedback and will take it into account. As you can see, we remain committed to responding to our customers.. even on a Sunday.
Unglaublich schnelle Lieferung zu unschlagbaren Preisen
Es ist fast schon unheimlich wie schnell man die Ware erhält. Qualität der Protektoren ist top und als eine Kleinigkeit nicht ganz gestimmt hat wurde direkt für Ersatz gesorgt. Ich werde Cases zukünftig nur noch hier kaufen. Absolute Kaufempfehlung.

Your order was shipped on the same day it was placed in September. At that time, we provided the tracking information ourselves, and the shipping company also sent multiple updates. According to the tracking, they attempted delivery twice.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking and delivery status. Therefore, we do not understand why this issue was only brought to our attention after four months and not earlier.

Les protections sont de bonne qualité, avec film plastique, pas de soucis là-dessus, le seul souci est parfois les dimensions, voici ce que je peux dire des produits que j'ai commandés:
Dimensions parfaites pour: pack Megadrive 1 (les 2 formats), pack gb Tetris, pokémon soulsilver/heartgold, super scope, console gba SP
Dimensions pas tout à fait adaptées (trop grand) pour: pack SNES court, game boy pack classique.
Ils ont certaines protections / cales très difficiles à trouver sur d'autres sites en tout cas.

Leger petit problème sur certaines protection de console, pas de plastique de protection a l'intérieur?
Je ne sais pas si c'est un problème ou si sur cette référence cela n'existe pas.
