The Bathroom Company Arvostelua 

Can’t fault this company. We contacted them after a recommendation from friends who were delighted with their new bathroom. This is now the fourth time we have used their services. In our last house they renovated a bathroom and a shower room and in our current house they did work in our kitchen and have now just finished giving us a luxurious, modern en-suite. They called each day to tell us who will arrive and what they would be doing. They covered the floors and the bedroom furniture. The workmen were polite and arrived on time and most importantly the work was done to a high standard and the fittings and fixtures were high quality and look fabulous. We used their design service and this time I needed to add little input as they had a good grasp of what I would like from working with us in the past. They are not the cheapest but in our experience they get it right.

Shower head ordered and paid for on 5th May. Three emails later to query delivery - no response - and still no tracking info or goods. No way to request refund and no complaint procedure either. Scam.

Excellent service regarding the supply of replacement handles for a vanity unit purchased from the company a couple of years ago. The chrome on the original handles had started to flake and on contacting The Bathroom Company the response that I received was professional and very helpful. Well done The Bathroom Company.

Had a few minor problems at the start but the company quickly resolved any issues - Excellent after sales service and would recommend the company to anyone wanting a new bathroom

Went with this company despite being more expensive because of the time frame. Then they didn’t fulfil this delaying the whole job. Then on date of delivery didn’t bother calling to say won’t be there when was agreed. Do not recommend.

We are looking to renovate our shower room and made the decision to have it done by ‘a one stop shop’ company. For this reason we visited their showroom in Perth and spoke to a female employee and asked whether someone could visit our property to give us a quote. Without enquiring about what size our shower room was or what we required we were immediately told their bathrooms started at £17K and if we were not prepared to spend this amount then they would not send someone out. I was gobsmacked, not by the amount but at the attitude they displayed towards potential customers who they obviously see only in terms of £ signs. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

I visited the store around six weeks ago and enquired about a bath conversion to a jacuzzi bath I spoke to the owner I believe Martin who informed meyes it is something they do on a regular basis and gave a price of £600 for a six jet system. I then called in a few weeks later and spoke to a young lady who told me there was no one in at the moment and took my details and said I would receive a call on the Monday. Monday passed and a week or so later and called to found out was happening I was told again she would get him to call me, never happened!!!
Again a couple of weeks later my wife was in the area and popped to ask what was happening, she was then greeted by the young lady who said there was no one available and would go and call Martin, she then came back and said they were very busy and the price would be nearer two thousand pound,,, the best bit,,, as they would have to get a specialist company in to remove the bath !!!!!!! strange when the company is a bathroom fitting company and also uses that as there business name!!!!

To summarise a combined group of immoral liars with zero customer care no ethics and basically dishonest.

Please be very careful !!!!!!!

I live in Perth and used The Bathroom Company for a supplied & fitted bathroom in my flat. The experience was awful.

Everything went well when I went to the showroom and ordered but as soon as I parted with money everything changed. After paying my deposit the start date was pushed back. I planned to tie in the fit with going away to a hotel and this was ruined as a result because I could not change my holidays at work.

When they started fitting it was clear they were not using experienced tradesmen. I have a trade myself and spoke to those on-site and there were unsupervised apprentices working. The workers themselves told me the company is all about money and so they use the cheapest labour they can get their hands on.

I flagged issues throughout but could never get a reply from the offices so had to go down to the showroom. I was assured all would be sorted at the snagging stage and that I would get some money off.

A couple of things were fixed but lots were not and I was not given any money off. The owner called me after I complained and he was very aggressive. He told me that if I wanted money off I would have to go to court and that it would end up costing me.

I have had in a number of companies while renovating my home and The Bathroom Company were the worst! No other trades treated me like this and I am going to be giving them good reviews.
