Bought there combo deal online . Was a first time buyer and was given a 15 percent code . The site didnt allow me to put in code and processed the payment automatically. I reached out to company, there response was i cant take discount on discounted merchandise. Its not on there site and other companies do allow. Got merchandise today, do not buy the surprise bundle deals. Got a yellow t shirt and some off color shorts. Things I will never wear.

Terrible return/exchange policy. Customer service is terrible. No follow up. Would much rather shop in person or order from Violate the Dress Code than deal with this company.

There was a minor mistake in my order. I emailed them. Within hours they had rectified the situation with no extra effort on my part. Clothes are great. Designs are great. Customer service is exemplary.

I placed my order on dec 14 2022 with an estimated delivery date of Dec 27th, it’s now Jan 11 2023 and my order still hasn’t been shipped out yet and they haven’t responded to any of the 5 emails I’ve sent them… terrible customer service! At this point I don’t even want the product anymore just a refund

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Canceled my first order, because the website didn’t reflect actual stock quantities. 2nd order, I received incorrect items. After emailing them and waiting for a reply, I was told they would ship the correct items. However, once I requested a refund after being extremely frustrated with their process, I was told I’d be charged a restocking fee. For their mess up?! 100% will never spend money with this company again. I even escalated the issue to the owner, AJ Channey, he was no help at all and upheld the restocking fee. Looks like these products will be going on Facebook marketplace.

Poor quality products, even worst customer service. Incorrect orders, terrible customer responses and resolution. Chose Rogue instead!

Terrible service. Sent it to the wrong address and instead of working with me they basically said tough titties. $100 down the drain. Lost a customer. Rokfit and Savage are both quality and have always been good to their customers.

The clothes - I bought a pair of joggers for $70 and 2 months in the material is pilling on the legs and crotch area. I have an athletic build but also a thigh gap so there no reason joggers that expensive should pill so quickly.
Their attitude - when it was pointed out that they post face tuned photos of athletes and were asked to show case more natural women they responded by blocking those messages. They have a very unprofessional and childlike attitude and knowingly support and show fake bodies to sell their clothes. Never buying from them again. Fake business practices, fake customer care.

Just received my first order from Barbell Cartel and I couldn't be more pleased!!! The products are true fit to size and fabulous fabric quality! I only want to wear their line now. 🥰 Def channeled my inner badass! 1,000% recommend!!!
