The Ace Of Vapez Arvostelua

5* as always... Now live in Scotland and still order from home.. always gets to me in a responsible time as living in the Highland delivery is not the best this end but always despatched quickly...thanks for keeping me sane in juice as the shops up here can't even supply what I need anyway ☺️

Best flavours for me twist it and screw it. Arrived really quickly

We ordered a FLVRHAUS DIY kit which should have arrived with 8 pink & 8 green mixture bottles as per the website pictures. This is our preferred mix. However, it came with 12 green and 4 pink. Not really a problem as our local shop exchanged them for us eventually. We don't usually use the online service but we have struggled to get American Red concentrate in any of our local shops.

A loyal customer of approximately 4 year's.
Both wholesale and Retail...
Great product's at fair prices, whilst that's what most people look for these day's.
TAOV Team - go onestep further.. caring for customers by owning any mistakes made and compensating the customer.
This retains custom and truly shows appreciation for loyalty to their business/brand.

Why go anywhere else?

I don't!

I'd challenge anyone to find a better company...

Keep up the hard work TAOV, Thank you.

Excellent service
Very fast postage
Excellent Web pages

Great service as always. Always a pleasure ordering from the ace of vapez!

Late delivery. Wrong order & ignored when I asked for a refund & to return the incorrect goods. Not the shop I used to visit!

I have used your services for several years now and I find it quick, easy and helpful.

Fantastic products, quick delivery, great customer service

I came into the codsall store today, lovely people very welcoming. Explained to me how my vape works and even showed me their own! Lovely experience in a business sense. Will definitely be going again.

Thanks to the pleasant experience I had with the guys today!

I recommend to anyone looking for good priced vaping equipment and people who are new to this also have the ace of vapez on their side!

Would have been 5 stars but last order was missing items emailed and was ignored

Hi Gang..I’m really impressed with your fast, efficient and friendly service every time I order. I wouldn’t order from anywhere else. Would recommend 100% without hesitation. Thank you Ace Of Vapez!

Ordered on January 25th before 2pm for next day delivery. Hadn't heard anything regarding delivery by the the 27th so emailed 2 different accounts and the online portal. Got a reply to my email on the 28th saying the delay was due to not having 2 items in stock, that I can replace them for other items and would get a liquid as an apology 👍. My liquids finally showed up today (Feb 1st), original liquids I had ordered, no apology/complementary liquid. I waited a week for something that should have been next day. I'm also frustrated with the site. I was choosing liquids that were 3 for £10 but was being charged 3 for 2. Some great tasting eliquid but customer service/delivery times are not good.
