Returned the merchandise but unable to…

Returned the merchandise but unable to get any answers and refund.

Please find below the order number and RAN.

Tracking Number for the return : EB017211953KR
(EMS)

The delivery was unsuccessful on Sept. 5th and I have sent 3 emails to notify this fact. No reply on my email for the past week and there is no one picking up the phone.

Please check with the post office to receive the return and issue me the refund.

Fantastic again

Fantastic price for a quality cap and very fast delivery. I’ve used the priory a few times in the past and can highly recommend them :)

The Priory were great

The Priory were great. I had been sent the wrong shoes due to manufacturer error but they sorted it out immediately and I had the right pair within a couple days. Would definitely buy from them again!

Tried to buy a barbour coat

Tried to buy a barbour coat, but had to send back as size was wrong. Coat arrived within a day; but didnt fit, so sent back the same day....now waiting for acknowledgement and refund.....10 days so far. In the meantime, they manage to send more offers and request reviews. Please expedite your returns policy.

I can see that we have issued your refund on the 16/8, I am sorry if you have not received any correspondence stating this, sometimes it does go in to your junk mail.

I cannot see that you have contacted us regarding this issue, I will get my colleague to get in touch detailing when and where this was refunded.
