The Navior Arvostelua 

I ordered a set which arrived and was nothing like in the video. Even the sizing was way wrong. The material was poor quality and the metal bits on the tie was not even attached. They would not give me a refund and offered for me to order something else and only pay for postage which was $47! Their clothes are of very poor quality and it is a scam. DON’T ORDER FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I don’t even want to give them a one star, but have no choice.

The company does not even deserve 1 star - it’s a total scam - 1 response to my numerous emails promising to escalate my case after non arrival of my goods - don’t fall victim to this

This company is definately a scam, the items ordered were nothing like what was advertised, they were cheaply made fakes and when I requested a refund I was offered to keep the items and have a discount!!! WHAT!!! I do not want the first lot. I had to dispute this through my bank as Navior said it was my perception that was wrong not the items. They were completely different style to advertised and different fabric. I do not understand how lighting or my perception can take the sleeves off a garment and remove pockets. Stay away and DO NOT BUY FROM NAVIOR!!!

If I could zero stars I would! Bought some jeans from them and what they sent was nothing like what was depicted on the website. Sent an email with photos of what they advertise and what I was sent and asked how to return them and get a refund. They said the jeans matched and keep them and offered me a 20% discount of next purchase and let them know if this was ok and they would send me a voucher. Said no and want to return them. No reply. Made a dispute with my bank and got my money refunded. They are a shit rip off of clothes they actually can’t replicate. So bad. Don’t buy anything from them without either using PayPal or buyer protection on your credit card.

Haven’t received my goods and they don’t answer my emails!! How is this company still operating? $180 down the drain

I ordered a set and is so huge, paid $95 and have emailed them 6 times, no reply. No phone no nothing. Don’t buy anything from them, quality is crap. I’m going to name and shame them all over social media

Do not purchase from this store. Item sent was nothing like those advertised. it was the wrong colour and of very poor quality. I contacted the store several times to try and organise a return - as per their policy. And my emails were either ignored, or bounced back. I can only conclude this store is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

If there was a zero star, I would choose that! Stay away from this website. Misrepresentation, false advertising, no return policy, only store credit (why would you)? The product is NOTHING like the advertised garment, totally cheap, nasty, shiny fabric, different buttons, no fancy buttons, stitching, pockets etc. Will never wear. Total waste of money and time dealing with them in the hope of a refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I emailed requesting a refund due to poor quality and items not as per description. Reply received requesting photo of items, photo sent. No reply, another 3 emails sent still no response.
Items are very poorly made, poor quality materials and nothing like the marketing used on the website. My advise is stay away!!! Oh and they ship from china not Australia as the website states.

The blouse looked nothing like the photo. The photo looked embroidered but it was just in the dying of the material. Also, Navior started to charge $2.99 per month for a subscription of shipping guarantee. I never approved this. Thank goodness i have been able to cancel this after a few emails to their support team. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I wish I had read reviews! I ordered khaki jeans with white blanket stitching on pockets and hemline costing $89.95... received plain khaki jeans.... nothing like ordered! cannot expect refund by reviews either.... AVOID THIS COMPANY... TOTAL SCAM!!

Do not buy from this website as their product is not like the images they are advertising on their website, and trying to get a return is impossible to get hold of anyone regarding this matter.

This is a scam website. They would set you up for a spin around about the products are fine and it was just your expectation and would never give you back the money, the product is extremely poor condition. They just send you rubbish so they can take your money.

I have been waiting 4 weeks for my order with no communication from the Navior. The tracking link just keeps saying "waiting for details". I have emailed them twice now, with no response.

I feel like an idiot for being sucked into their dodgy marketing.

Further to my previous reviews, I have received a response from the Navior Support Team offering me a 30% store credit instead of a refund…. As if I would throw more money at this SCAM!!

No matter how sorry and regretful you say you are, the bottom line is your product is not only inferior and badly made, but your entire website is a scam if your photos are supposedly representative of the product you are selling…
In this instance, it doesn’t matter what you include in your T&C’s if your company is committing fraud on the public….. no amount of legal wording can protect you from representing one thing and sending out a completely different item. Your glamorous photos of superior and quality products are designed to steal money from trusting customers who receive a terrible product with no way to wear it and no way to get a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING WEBSITE!!

Product is nothing like the dress advertised. Will not refund my money and will not respond to my email request to at least refund 50%
They are not Australian as it arrived from China…, BEWARE.. do not purchase from them

I ordered a blouse (79.95). It took 4w to arrive in Australia. It was nothing like the one advertised on the site. The material was cheap and nasty. And it was also too big. I contacted The Navior support via email 1 week ago, requesting either store credit or refund. I have heard nothing. I resent email 3 days ago and have had no response. AVOID at all costs. This company has no customer service and is most unethical. I feel robbed and cheated.

Im disappointed with my purchase looks nothing like the picture it's total crap also have been charged twice have asked for a refund but Ai keeps replying saying my purchase will arrive soon. Will never buy from there again. Don't waste your money.

Do not buy — misleading photos, poor quality, terrible service!
I ordered a Navior product that looked nothing like the website pictures — the differences were obvious, not “minor” as customer services claimed. Their scripted responses blamed lighting and 'my expectations', then offered a pathetic 20% discount as a “goodwill” gesture. The item is poorly made and unattractive; I refuse to keep it. Customer service has shown incompetence and a refusal to take responsibility. Save your money — this brand is a sham!!!

I had to press 1 star. But i give this mob 0 stars. Don't order from them. All i asked for was an exchange for an outfit that was too big. Never got it. Got more of a run around than anything else. Stay way, way away. Lesson learnt on my behalf
