We stock a large selection of ladies gothic clothes including the brands Punk Rave, Dark in Love and Sinister. We also stock bags by GothX and giftware and jewellery by Alchemy Gothic. Nocturnis is our own brand where we make a large selection of bags, wallets, patches, embroidered pictures and so much more.

Amazing dress

(Bit late to review i know) I bought a beautiful black dress for my birthday and it has now became daily wear exactly as shown in the picture amazing quality and so comfortable. Absolutely lovely experience and packaging ❤️

Received my dress very quickly after…

Received my dress very quickly after ordering, I was kept informed of when it would be delivered which was great. My dress fits perfectly and is a true liking to what I ordered. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice Gothic dress.

Brilliant customer service

I purchased a beautiful dress from the Gothic shop for my granddaughters Prom, but on my granddaughter opening the dress we realised the zip was broken, I contacted the Gothic shop but was told as there was none of her size available. A wonderful lady called Julia explained that I could either have a full refund or a generous partial refund so I could get the zip fixed. What a great company to deal with, brilliant ethics. 5***** customer service. Will definitely use this company again

Excellent communication with Gothic Shop UK

Given the possible postal strike in Canada, I was worried that the order I made (it did arrive in a timely manner) would contain a garment fit that would not work for me (luckily it wasn't the case), so I contacted Gothic Shop UK explaining the possible postal strike and we communicated for a solution that works. Excellent!
