Great Customer Service…
Great customer service after receiving my outdoor table and chairs. I've only given four stars because one of the cushions had quite a large prominent dirty mark which didn't disappear after cleaning. Also, there were four washers missing so I was unable to finish assembling until they arrived. However, I can't fault Helen in the Customer Service Department for the way she handled the situation. Fast reply to my email and a quick solution which I was really pleased with. Well done Customer Service!

Hi!
We're pleased to hear that you are happy with your order and the service you received.
I am sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties unpacking your item.
The table is securely packed in a wooden crate to ensure its protection during transit, however as part of the unpacking service provided by the courier.
I can only apologise they did not remove the casing for you and will pass on the feedback directly to them.
If you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to get in touch. We’ll be happy to help.
