Great garden furniture set
Great garden furniture set, delivered promptly. Had to pay delivery cost but wasn’t drastic considering distance and bulk of pallet. Customer service rep was very helpful in dealing with this.

Hello Ann
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we’re pleased to hear that you are happy with the item and the service you received from us.
However, we're sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you had with the third-party delivery company. Like many retailers, we rely on external carriers for deliveries, and in this instance, it’s clear that the service and communication provided did not meet the standard we expect on behalf of our customers.
Please rest assured that we will pass your feedback on to the relevant carrier for further investigation.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Kind regards,

Thank you for your feedback.
I just wanted to take a moment to clarify the timeline of your order. It was placed on a pre-order basis, with an estimated dispatch date of 28/05, as stated in the product listing at the time of purchase.
Due to the bank holiday weekend, your order was dispatched on 03/06 and delivered the following day on 04/06.
I’ve also reviewed the email correspondence and can see that we provided updates along the way to keep you informed.
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed, as we always aim to offer clear communication and a smooth experience. If there’s anything further we can help with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Good furniture and good customer service.
The order process was easy. The delivery date was set and communication around this was good and prompt. The furniture arrived safely, bar an ice cube bucket. I informed the company and they immediately dispatched one, which arrived quickly and without fuss. The furniture itself is lovely and exactly as described.
