Decent Site Needs better Communication

Good pricing, however after purchasing never got sent any updates regarding my order and when it would be delivered. Was very lucky my parents were in to take the parcel as if not I would've struggled to get in contact to sort the issues out.

Thank you for your order and the review. I would like to fill in a little more detail.

Your order was made on Saturday the 20th of July, was passed to the warehouse on the same day. The order was sent on Monday and delivered Wednesday the same week using our free service with Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. Our shipping page (https://www.thaiboxingstore.co.uk/shipping/) states the following "All delivery times apply Monday to Friday." and this page is linked to on every page on the website. Dispatch emails are triggered automatically to the email address provided on the order and it is not uncommon for these emails to end up in an email accounts spam folder.

My Muay Thai gears first choice.
Frankly, ordering directly from Thailand may sound good. But in considering with the import VAT tax, it's much the same.

Good, reliable

Good selection of products however the website could use revamping- very oldern style of presentation with not as many accessibility features that id like to have on a website with that wide range of items
