Me and my Wife wanted to get our pensions sorted out ready for retirement so we contacted Tom and he has been absolutely brilliant in getting everything sorted out. He is always keeping you updated as to what's going on its all been very easy and stress free.

So far a good experience. Thomas knew his subject well & could answer all the questions asked of him. He & his team also responded in a timely manner to enquiries. Obviously the acid test will be further down the tracks when I start using my pension, but so far nothing but praise.

Tom talked me through my annual review. First of all he briefly an through last year's review including recommendations he made to me. Then onto the last 12 months, he explained what had happened to general share prices during the year. Bearing in mindmy personal circumstances he advised that I should leave my investments as they currently stand to ensure i receive my anticipated returns.

He also advised I would receive a write up of our meeting in the next few weeks.

At all times he was professional but also friendly and treated me with respect.
