THIS COMPANY HAS HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES
I've previously been to a couple of their other events in past. I purchased two tickets on 1/17 to their Wino Fest event in Plano that was supposed to take place 2/7. They emailed me on the morning of 2/7 asking if I had received prior emails stating the event was canceled, due to a mix up with the venue regarding the date. I had not received any prior emails (there were none in my spam). At that time they offered a refund or to give me tickets to two upcoming events. After looking for several weeks, I could not find two events close to me. I contacted them regarding the rescheduling on 3/15/26, 3/28/26, and 4/13/26. They had dates on their social media sites that did not show on their website.
After doing more research, I saw recent online accounts of them canceling events at the last minute and not paying venues. I began asking for a refund on 4/15/26, which they responded to by defending their reputation. I again asked for a refund on 4/16 and 4/18 with no response. I assume they've experienced recent business issues, since the last time I attended one of their events.
