Delivery Service
We placed our order on Monday before 3pm and paid extra for next day delivery in good faith. Unfortunately we did not receive our item until Thursday (not next day!!)
We paid extra as we needed the item for Wednesday but due to no delivery we had to cancel our planned job and apologies to our customer, very embarrassing and not very professional.
We contacted, via email, customer services on the Tuesday regarding our delivery and still (now Monday) a week later we have had no response!!

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. Having to cancel a scheduled job and explain a delay to your own customer is incredibly frustrating, and we completely understand why you are disappointed.
When items require calibration, it adds a mandatory processing delay to ensure both the items are tested and working within tolerances (and the cutoff for next day delivery is earlier as well). However, we know you paid extra for express shipping expecting it by Wednesday, and we failed to manage your expectations properly regarding the calibration timeline.
Regarding your email—we take customer service very seriously, and we’re genuinely concerned as we have no record of an email from you on Tuesday, or any other point. Can I just check you used customerservice@test-meter.co.uk?
To help resolve this, we have processed a full refund for your delivery charge.

I purchased a Megger PAT250SX from the…
I purchased a Megger PAT250SX from the website. It was faulty, I spoke directly to Megger who said who as it's within 30 days you can send it back for a full refund to Test Meter Group.
It's now been two months and Test Meter Group have said they have sent it off for repair. I've paid £850 and been without the product for 2 months now. I would rather purchase a new working model than have a repaired product and not have it for 2 months. Unable to issue a refund and poor communication. Advise to use another reseller.

This case is being managed on our support ticket 2207165.
I am sorry that you feel let down by the experience.
We are a little puzzled as much of the correspondence seems to indicate that you wish for it to be returned post inspection.
When the kit was returned it was also retuned without four items originally supplied.
The kit has since been returned, fully repaired and supplied with a free calibration certificate.
However, upon hearing about your request to return the kit around 20 minutes ago I can confirm that we are more than happy to extend a full refund to you, however our terms and conditions do state that all original items must be returned for this to be arranged.
If you can return the four items in question, I'll swiftly get this refund arranged.
If you need any guidance about identifying any missing items I’ll be more than happy to help.
