Within minutes of submitting my order, I realized I hadn't entered my discount code, which would have saved me 30% on the five shirts I'd just ordered. I emailed customer service right away and within *minutes* Sam replied that he/she could handle the whole issue for me and then did so within a few MINUTES. AMAZING customer service experience! I've been a consistently loyal customer of Tentree for years; their business model of being sustainable clothing aligns with my moral code of doing good for our planet. However, I hadn't had the opportunity yet to contact their customer service.
I recently had a sour experience with a courier that was used for a jacket I ordered. After getting in touch with Leah via messaging on their website, I was assured that my package would be looked into directly from the warehouse manager on it's whereabouts.
The prompt and courteous service I received left me feeling confident that I would receive my package when it's all sorted out.
I can confidently say that I will continue to shop with Tentree and support their brand for years to come.

First time order with Tentree but not the last. I placed my order before entering the discount code. I panicked a little bit, sent an email and was answered quickly by Sam that they added the discount code and that my refund would be done in the following few days. My order arrived 2 days later! Stellar customer service and super fast delivery... plus you plant trees with every purchase. It's a win-win-win situation! Thank you Sam!

Nice product and made right when the product was right

I was searching for a good-looking puffer coat that was also kind and warm ;) Tentree checked all the boxes! So I hit ‘purchase’ but accidentally entered the wrong delivery address. Tentree’s online and phone support were phenomenal! They canceled the order quickly and emailed me to let me know when it was done. They told me when I could expect to see the refund processed and did it all in the most pleasant and efficient manner. My mistake put right by their wicked Customer Assistance…and you can be sure that second order has been placed and is coming straight to me.

I have ordered two zipper hoodies from this company earlier this year and have had a chance to wear these products for the past several months.

In terms of comfort, I really like these hoodies. I probably could have benefitted from a smaller size because, when sitting down, the bottom bunches up, making it not ideal for sitting and working with a laptop or something like that, but rolling it up a bit is a minor inconvenience that I can deal with.

The real issue I have with these two hoodies is how the front pockets are designed; they don't have a lot of space to help keep things inside, nor are the seams high enough the bottom of the opening to keep larger items inside.

I have an iPhone 7 Plus, so it's pretty big, and it can't stay in my hoodie pockets for very long, whether I'm walking, sitting, bending over to pick up my child, etc. Any motion to my body causes the phone's bottom edge to jut out over the bottom of the seam, which then causes it to easily fall out if I'm not paying attention. These pockets seem to only be designed for hands and nothing loose.

My young son got some coins (quarter and 50 cent piece) from his grandfather and asked me to hold on to them, so I put them in my pocket while we were getting into the car to go home. Not a few minutes later, they had apparently fallen out and couldn't be found, just from me getting him buckled into his seat and putting stuff into the trunk.

I'm happy to have these hoodies and I'm happy to support a company that is environmentally aware, but I cannot use the pockets for anything other than keeping my hands warm, which is frustrating. Other zip up hoodies I have, I have no problem putting some items in them and not losing them while moving about or sitting. So if you're looking for some utility from these hoodies beyond comfort, be aware that this may become an issue for you.

Great quality, good for the environment, and excellent customer service! I ordered some final sale pants from the website, but the pants were the wrong size. I called customer support and they decided to make a one time exception and do the exchange for the right size. These are my favorite pants for the winter now! Thanks Tentree

Update: Tentree team never solved the issue. Thankfully I've managed to get a refund via PayPal.
I appreciate unexpected events can happen and for some reason my order got lost. The problem was the poor (in fact completely absent) support from Tentree. I am glad I paid via Paypal so could get a refund, otherwise I imagine there would be no closure at all.

I was really disappointed in the quilted shirt I just bought. For 100 dollars I was expecting great quality and craftsmanship. Seams were not uniform, quilting stuffing is coming out of the seams and there are loose stitches as well as loose thread everywhere. This thing wasn’t shaken off or ironed before shipping. This is embarrassing. Additionally, the collar isn’t stiff like in the images. I’m let down and I have to put 10 bucks to return this. I just noticed the sleeve has a stain too.

I will say the sizing seems right and the material felt nice.

Silvia from ten tree has exceptional customer service! She is professional, responsive and reliable. I made a typo on my order and didn’t receive confirmation which had me slightly worried since my credit card showed that the payment went through. Silvia promptly actioned my concern and rectified the issue.
My items are expected to arrive this week. I’m very excited to support a company that gives back to our planet by planting trees. I highly recommend ten tree😊

I ordered 3 items for my toddler and 1 arrived damaged (had a distinguishable hole in the sweater). I contacted customer service to receive a replacement. Unfortunately the item was no longer in inventory and I confirmed this when I went back to their website. They offered me to keep the item and provided me with a non-discounted amount to use for a future purchase.

I had originally purchased all items on a free shipping promotion and I did not want to buy more items just to get to the free shipping threshold.

Originally the help team could not help as they could not combine the discount and free shipping code on a single order.

After several emails back and forth stating my concerns the team was able to provide the discount and a free shipping code to make this up to me.

This was more painful that I would have hoped and I love to support local and support a good cause. I am glad they were able to make things right in the end.
