Two hours of fun
I always find that my visit to tenpin Gloucester softplay is always an enjoyable one. My grandson loves the various activities and jumps from one to the other. I noticed on my last visit that they had replaced some of the soft play toys. The areas are always clean and tidy and there is always an attendant nearby if you needed assistance. The toilets are always clean and tidy and so is the baby change area.

Then asked if we could have our pizza after we had finished playing our game of tenpin but was told this wasn’t possible! They would just bring it out when it was cooked!

Beaver Scout Visit
I booked bowling for a group of Beaver Scouts. Callum was very helpful in explaining the "Do's" and "Don'ts" to the children and was quick to assist when we had a problem on one of the lanes.

Bowling food package
We did bowling with a food package. Food was ok but could be improved. Had burgers and chicken burgers. Also did pool and others games which were good.

Not a good review
An incredibly rude barman who, when asked for some more lemonade in a glass of wine huffed & rolled his eyes. Drinks ordered via QR code, left sitting on the bar with various bar staff looking where they were for then walking off. An very rowdy family in the next lane who were throwing two balls down at a time very loudly, sliding onto the alley & no one challenged them.

Poor food
Bowling and entertainment was good only bad points was that the air hockey ate £2 which I had to get back from the bar and food was made by an 8yr old which was terrible but still enjoyed the evening with my wife and boys.

Disappointing experience
When we arrived for our booked time slot of the bowling alley, the alley was not ready yet. We went to get drinks, only one staff member on the bar on a busy Friday evening. Majority of tables had old food and drinks left. Tables were all dirty. After getting a drink our lane was ready. When we found our lane it was dirty, with previous people’s drink glasses on the sticky table. Someone came to clean when we had nearly finished our 2nd game.
Ladies toilets were dirty with dirty toilets and toilet roll all over the floor.
Overall wouldn’t rush back due to the cleanliness issues and expensive for a family of 6.
