We were welcomed and served immediately, with our booking quickly located and our lane ready for us. The pizza we added to our booking arrived promptly and tasted fantastic

Great party experience
My son very much enjoyed having his birthday party at the Camberley bowling. The hosts were great balloon modelling(and replacing ones that popped during the party) they also enjoyed the dance games. The food was enjoyed and fine for the 6 year olds but the couple of 9/10 year old siblings found portions were quite small. Overall the had a great time I don’t know if it was where our lanes were but it was incredibly loud which had been an aspect I was unsure if all the children invited would cope with.

Fun family time
We had a fun time, but one small problem kept occurring. We had the bumpers up for one of our team, but when the bumpers went down, a slight ridge was always there on the right hand side, so balls that would have gone down the side were knocked back in and kept in play.

Lack of staff was the main problem
Lack of staff was the main problem. I booked an hours session with a pizza deal.
The staff member who registered us on arrival (I believe was the manageress) did it wrong which meant we didn’t start our hour session until at least 10 minutes later.
My daughter spent most of the time queueing up for drinks at the bar. Only 3young girls trying their hardest to book People in, exchange machine tokens, serve at the bar and handle problems with the machine. More staff needed and organised properly . Especially in the school holidays and weekends,

Very busy no staff around to help
Very busy no staff around to help , when one of the balls went in wrong lane was difficult to find someone and when I did they said they would send someone over half hour later they came, we pre ordered food which was brought out to us but no where to find mayo, or Cutlery and no staff available to ask, so kinds ruined the whole vibe

Appalling service and experience
We visited last Saturday and had an awful experience. I have already emailed Tenpin (5 days ago) and am yet to hear anything. Am not surprised.
We ordered drinks via the QR code at the table - prior to bowling. We waited half an hour - no drinks. We approached the bar who said they would bring the drinks over - no drinks. I went up to the bar, to which I insisted I waited until I received our order. I was met with 'well I have to serve this queue of people first'. It was an absolute joke.
I tried finding the 'Manager' who was utterly useless. I explained that we were also having problems with our bowling lane, with bumpers and the camera. I was simply told they were short staffed and they would send someone over; guess what? No one arrived.
To top it all off they had problems with a certain clientele, who were going round intimidating others in large groups. Neither staff or security did nothing about this. The overall experience was appalling, service dreadful and we had a very disappointed child. Would not recommend.
The place needs a lot of changes for this to feel worth the money.

We booked for 11am but had to wait 30…
We booked for 11am but had to wait 30 mins for the lane to become avilable, the staff were not very empathic , just said it was busy and could do nothing about it so had to hang around the arcade, which meant we had tickets to cash in. It was only enough for sweets and the children wanted chalk lollies which we were told they had run out of and the full tab was just for show, we had something else but when we came for drinks 10 mins later they had a whole bag on the side! How do you explain that to children that they only ran out when we wanted them!

It was a great place to take the…
It was a great place to take the grandchildren, lots for them to do. They enjoyed the bowling and burger and chips and slush puppy. Quite expensive and busy but it was school holidays. Played pool and went on the amusement part too, they had a great time.

Disappointed
Booked for 7pm and when we arrived we were told it's booked for 7.30. Shower the girl my email confirmation, but had to wait
Had to push back our dinner reservation, which was luckily ok
Went to the lane and it wasn't ready for us to play, had to go to the desk and ask what's happening
Overall a bit disappointed

Good for events but service could get better
One of the good bowling alleys around, only wish they brought the food orders earlier than later. For our birthday, we were not given wooden cutlery but saw another party got it, turned out we had to ask the right person. The food is always served hot, wings and pizza including the chips are always a hit with the kids.

Quick service from staff but dirty environment
Quick service from staff but lane table was dirty and had someone else’s alcohol on it and the place looked dirty so we decided not to eat there in the end
