Online order for refreshments, a waste of time
Used the online service to order 2 large cokes to our table. Waited 15-20 minutes drinks never came, bar staff wasn't even busy, in fact most of the time they were watching the football on the TV there.
I ended up asking for a refund as the wait wasn't acceptable especially as the staff wasn't busy + our film was due to start soon so had to leave.
As of yet the refund hasn't come to be hopefully it does soon.

I arrived early and I was given a lane. The customer service team was polite and service was very quick. I had technical issue whilst bowling and the issue was resolved immediately. I had a great time. The price was very cheap

Lane got blocked with bowling balls…
Lane got blocked with bowling balls took about 20mins to sort but never got time back to finish game, also drinks and food took ages to come out when ordering to lane, place is under staffed but staff that are their seem disinterested

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. We ordered drinks, but they never brought them to our table until we had to go and ask for them ourselves. The service was extremely slow and the staff showed no interest or attention to customers. Definitely not the level of service we expected.

Such fun. Asked the front desk if wr could move our 3 games after our 2 for 1 games and did it with no issues. Such a lovely atmosphere. Would come again.

Tenpin organised a wonderful birthday party for my son, staffs are very friendly and helpful, besides bowling they also arranged games and gifts for all the kids, the surprised bag for the birthday kid was amazing, highly recommended.

Cocktails wernt available, i had ordered at the lane. No one bothered to tell us and just left us waiting till after the games had finished. At that point they made me que at the bar to let me know they didnt have any.
